Amazing hotel, great placement , a few minutes from the Tianmen Mountain and the hotel will help you book cars to get to the national park and Grand Canyon, a lot of food options all over

Really great room, so spacious, very comfortable bed and very kind and helpful staff

The staff is very nice. The air conditioning is very good. The location and view was great. It is clear this was a set of apartments units modified into hotel rooms. However, they don't do any housekeeping unless you ask them, and they don't ask you in advance on WeChat either. We had to ask for new towels because we expected house keeping and change of towels at minimum. Also, the bathroom does not have a sink, which is inconvenient. You have to walk all the way over to the kitchen. The shower floor is not the cleanest either - signs of mildew and I don't know what stains. Moreover, there is no place to hang our towels in the bathroom while showering.... surprisingly more annoying and inconvenient than you think!! Please install a simple towel hanger. Lastly, there is a washing machine but no drying machine, and no poles or things you could use to dry your clothes. Thus the washer is useless. For the price, not as worth it as I had hoped.
