The accommodation was in a great location, very close to one of the entrances to the park.
The room itself was spacious and cozy. When we came, the owner helped us with buying tickets to the park and explaining the best routes.
There is no breakfast in the hotel,but it wasn't a problem as we also got recommendations for a breakfast buffet nearby.

bright and clean property. right in the crowd so easy to get food and get to east gate entrance of zjj national park. its a very kind of the girl in the receptionist in give information with limited english. easy to get didi since the lobby door right in the main street.

Everyone in the family was ecstatic about the look of the hotel.
Every detail was classy and modern.
We were on the 4th floor but we didn't mind going up and down the stairs.
The children had bunk beds that they loved but the mattresses were too thin. Our queen size bed was perfect.
The towels were very small, they looked more like hand towels.
Setting up the pickup was extremely lengthy. It took over 2 hours! I was extremely tired.
The lady at the reception is very knowledgeable regarding the park. Don't hesitate to ask her. She will not tell you if you don't ask.

The place was right near the national park which was very nice! I appreciated the itinerary provided as it gave a great route to go with. I also really liked the hotel as it was nice and clean. The staff were friendly upon arrival and easy to contact via we chat but did not see them through the stay. Over all, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay near the park.

Great value for money, 5 minutes walk from the entrance of the Zhangjiajie park. Rooms were functional and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only point for improvement was that the wifi wasn't working most of the time. Other than that - perfect. Will fedinetly return next time!

I’ve from the U.S traveling China for the first time and of everywhere I’ve been from Beijing to Shanghai, this was my favorite place to stay! The host helped call my tour guide and helped me order a reliable low cost taxi I depended on through my time there! 10/10 would recommend!

If you are in Zhangjiajie to explore the national park, I highly recommend staying here. The hotel is only a 6 minute walk to the East entrance of the park. On arrival, the owners of the hotel immediately helped us with buying our tickets for the park and advised us on which routes to take. We had an amazing 2 days at the national park because of her advice.
The room is spacious and has everything you need. There are multiple restaurants very close by. I would definitely stay here again!
