Xiyuan Hostel recensioner

The place was right near the national park which was very nice! I appreciated the itinerary provided as it gave a great route to go with. I also really liked the hotel as it was nice and clean. The staff were friendly upon arrival and easy to contact via we chat but did not see them through the stay. Over all, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay near the park.

If you are in Zhangjiajie to explore the national park, I highly recommend staying here. The hotel is only a 6 minute walk to the East entrance of the park. On arrival, the owners of the hotel immediately helped us with buying our tickets for the park and advised us on which routes to take. We had an amazing 2 days at the national park because of her advice. The room is spacious and has everything you need. There are multiple restaurants very close by. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here two nights. It is very close to the Park entry which is great for early morning starts. Tang the girl at the front desk helped us planned our 2 day visit at the park and showed us the plan on a map. She was also very helpful with connecting us with our didi as the hotel isn't accessible by road due to road work out the front of the hotel. The road work is happening from 7am until 9pm, mostly while people are at the park but a little noisy if you want a day time nap. There is a washing machine and area to dry your clothes on the top floor. I would stay here again.

The Location is really good. Belive me, a few hundred meters do matter when you come back from all day walking and you just want to get to your room asap! There were several shops and lots of restaurants nearby. Next door is a 15 yuan breakfast buffet. The staff was very helpful and always smiling. They arranged discounted tickets for me and the girl helped me make detailed plans for my 3 days in the Park. I was glad cause the map is confusing at first...but after day 1 you kind of can find your way around. We used the translation apps to communicate. The bed was so big and comfortable and the room was nice and stylish. Can not complain...it is also a good value for money.

It was clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and nice. It was about a 10 minute walk to Chowkakai. On the first day, I went there early in the morning, and a hotel staff member accompanied me to show me around. They also recommended some good restaurants, and if you mentioned the name of the hotel, you could even get a discount.

Very nice hotel host.Provided help with tourist inforamtion, entry tickets, etc. Nice location.

Really liked this place, I even extended my stay. The rooms are just like in the pictures, everything is clean and the location is really convenient. The owners are wonderful! the woman helped me a lot planning my trip and even helped me when I got lost with no transportation around. As a solo traveler and foreigner, I really appreciate her help.

The hotel is about 10 min walk to the national park. The owner is also very friendly to provide advise on how to travel within the park according to your time available.

Good location. Walking distance to wulingyuan entrance. There is night market in front of the hostel. Room is clean. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay. The hostel is located right next to the park, so it’s only a few minutes walk to get in. The room was very comfortable and clean. And the owner and his wife were always very friendly even helping us with transport to the next destination.

Room is modern and clean. Definitely will stay again.
