Eryatou Inn (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park)

Staff are all very helpful. She helped us plan our whole trip in the park as well as orchestrating tickets. We got a room upgrade which was very nice of them. Hotel was very clean and they had nice coconut coffee in the morning. Washer was helpful. Street has lots of restaurants,convenience stores, and street food at night. 5 minute walk from east entrance. Would stay again.

From the very beginning, the owner and hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and even helped us buy our park tickets in advance, such a great service! The hotel is super conveniently located, just a short walk from the entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. As soon as we arrived, a lovely staff member took the time to explain everything we needed to know about visiting the park. She even drew us a personalized itinerary to make sure we saw all the best parts: we followed it, and it was absolutely perfect! The room was fantastic: clean, comfortable, and unbeatable for the price. They also serve really good coffee in the hotel, and even offered us some cookies with it ☺️ We asked for dinner recommendations, and they personally brought us to a nearby restaurant where we had one of our best meals in China! We truly loved our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking to make the most of their Zhangjiajie experience!

Place is super huge and spacious, clean and very convenient location to zjj national park - only a 3 min walk! its just in front of the entire row of restaurants and every night there wld be a night market set up so you wont have to worry about not finding food ☺️
