The hotel staff was amazing! From the moment we arrived they helped us with our luggage and walked us to check in and our rooms. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean throughout! On the first night after arriving they provided us with a delicious complimentary chicken soup in our room and it was some of the best we've had! The food in their restaurants and breakfast restaurant is also amazing. The hotel manager and staff are all very friendly, helpful with any questions or requests we had and overall amazing. This hotel and staff is our new favorite place to stay after travelling much of the world. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Zhangjiajie

It was a great stay at Country Garden Phoenix hotel. The hotel is 20 mins away from Zhangjiajie National forest park so when we arrived at the hotel at about 12pm we were able to cover the Avatar mountain site. The staff of the hotel is polite and helpful. Special mention to Sunny Rong one of the executive of the hotel. She helped us a lot during are 3 days family trip. I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again if I plan to go to Zhangjiajie one more time.

Hotel was very good and prime location just perfect, easy to explore all the tourist spot. Such as zhangjiajie forest national park, tianmenShan, baofeng lake, Grand Canyon. Hotel have a amazing swimming pool you can enjoy the evening after a tiring day. Gym was awesome with latest technology. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful, they have upgraded our room to premium suite. Special thanks to Cici.. Breakfast buffet was full of so many different dishes very tasty.

裝修高大上，床品和衞生都很好。環境優美，在酒店陽台就能看見山景，空氣清新，鳥語花香。早餐品種不少，但菜炒的沒啥滋味，像是用水煮的。麪食還可以，有旅遊團的人所以早餐人很多。希望酒店越來越好。

設施：滿意 衞生：滿意 環境：滿意 服務：滿意。酒店人員很熱情。早餐也很棒，大人小孩吃的很滿意。酒店很大，房間很多，老牌5星，還可以。地點離南門還可以，酒店提供送站服務，這點很方便。

房間很好，服務熱情，管家幫我們直接送到房間，熱心提醒我們用餐錯開高峯期，沒有作旅遊攻略，還幫我提供旅遊攻略，還有代買門票服務，讓人印象深刻。

酒店硬件設施都非常不錯，值得一提的是服務人員素質都很高，是一次非常滿意的體驗了 特別是思宇經理 ，面面俱到，房間提前開了空調，讓房間温暖如春，安排接站，又儘可能的安排車送我們回市區，方便我們其他行程，温暖又貼心。 酒店位置在西站與張家界森林公園中間，打車也很方便的。 春節這幾天下雨，有了這樣温暖又豐富的早餐，我們去玩，排隊也有力氣😊

非常好的酒店，還沒入住管家小向就加了微信，給了很多行程的建議和幫助，而且隨後幾天也是隨時都有溝通，高鐵接送站也很專業，房間很大，乾淨整潔，打車去張家界東門30塊，住了兩晚孩子都不捨得走了，哦對，入住時還給準備了暖心的熱雞湯，太好喝了

房間非常寬敞，衞生間間也很大，景色很好，早餐也不錯，而且五一這個價格性價比很高。開始不去的，房間怎麼樣衹預訂了一晚，後來又續住了三晚，去天門山略微有點遠，住的舒服也懶得換了，我們自駕開過去也方便，下次來還會選這家酒店。賓客服務經理小向服務特別好，非常熱情，好評

酒店坐落於武陵山脈中，開窗就能呼吸到新鮮的空氣，特別適合度假，要不是行程結束要回去了，還想再住幾天，酒店服務也不錯，管家都會提前聯繫，安排送站的司機服務也很好，下次會再帶家人過來住
