Exceptional place with great location close to National Park South Gate where the owner can give you the ride and help to get tickets and reserve the entry. The rooms are nice and spacious with great view from the main bedroom. It was great pleasure to wake up in the morning and see the Zhangjiaje pillars covered by morning mist. The breakfast was delicious as well as other food, during our stay we used to have dinner here as well, enjoying the local cuisine. Great thanks to everyone at site for really nice time we had here.

The owner was very polite. They provide pick and drop to the south gate for free. The breakfast was good. The view from the room window was excellent.

Very nice and cosy hotel. The owner is kind and carefull. He helped me to plan my trip in the park of Zhanjiajie, buy the entrance ticket and gave me a ride to the South gate. There is an opportunity to order dinner in the hotel which is very good. Breakfast is also tasty.

The hotel has the best view and host we met during our trip in China. The food in the hotel is amazing!

Great quiet hotel near south gate. All new and shiny and clean (Nothing luxury, but still great). The view of the mountains from the rooms is simply amazing. The owner is super nice, he upgraded my room for free, drove me to the park entrance for free every day, and gave super helpful advice. The only negative thing: there is a restaurant in the hotel, but the food is not the best. “Breakfast” is just the owner cooking some noodles for you (to be fair it’s hard to find good breakfasts in china), and for dinner he once straight up told me he was out of rice (to be fair he again offered to drive me to a restaurant). Deginitely recommended to stay for the rooms, though

We had a brilliant stay at this accommodation. The surrounding scenery was absolutely beautiful. It was further outside of the main town but travel was very easy via taxi. The owner was extremely helpful during our stay, he communicated with us via trip translation app and asked us to message him anytime with questions. This made our trip so easy and the language barrier not even noticeable :) Thank you so much for your brilliant service. Highly recommended this accommodation to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.

The facilities were very good. The place is run by a family who are very warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. The owner helped us in planning the path inside the park according to our schedule. The food was great. We got help in getting our laundry done. Even though we didn't know chinese, the owner put in effort so that we didn't feel the language barrier. We had a great time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic hotel. The owner and family are super friendly, patient with questions and very informative. They helped us arrange tickets for the park and gave us an excellent itinerary around for the three days we were there. The breakfast noodle are excellent! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay

Very nice hotel, clean and very big room. The room was all voice controlled by the Chinese google, xiaodu. Smart toilet and blinds and lights. The room had a nice view as well. The owners are very nice and helpful with great travel advice for the forest and also told us how to get to the canyon and Glass bridge by bus which was a great help as not many didi there. The hotel location is near the south gate but down some small roads and a bit of a walk to the gate but the owner will pick you up and drop you off to the gate. The owner speaks chinese only for any foreigners who want to make a booking. Breakfast is cooked by the owners as well and was nice chinese food. Chickens will wake you up in the morning, if that's an issue get some ear plugs but it's a very comfortable sleep with the crickets at nights. Overall would stay again if visiting Zhangjiajie.

I arrived in the evening and first thing I noticed was a really wonderful view from the window. The room was really spacious unlike many hotels that I stayed in ,while traveling in Europe. The breakfast was traditional and very delicious, but I always ordered extra omelet with onion, because the host made it really well. The owner and his wife were always very helpful with giving directions and always gave me a ride to the South Gate of the National Park, where you can actually get a bus to the East gate and other destinations as well. So, in conclusion, I really liked the atmosphere of a family business ,where everybody even their son and a grandson were always listening to their customers and were extremely helpful , the service was fantastic, perfect location , since it's very close to the South Gate of the Park and the price for my stay was reasonable. Thank you so much for the peace and quiet I needed so much, before getting back to my routine at work.

Good mountain view and fresh air

房間很大，很乾凈。特別是浴缸，豪華感拉滿。老闆很熱情，接送到南門，來回。老闆夫妻倆做的菜也很好吃，如果入住太晚，不想再找其他地方吃飯的，可以直接在民宿點菜吃。總體來説，我喜歡，如果下次還在南門入住，我還是會選仙侶居民宿。
