Zhangjiajie Pumo Inn (Wulingyuan National Forest Park Sign Store) recensioner

Overall disappointed with our stay. The bed is so hard it probably shouldn't be described as a bed. It looks like a queen size mattress but it's actually like a very thin futon like material placed over the top of sheets of wood. Terrible night sleep. The room was very cold (much like many others in China this time of year) not helped by the heater in the room stopping to work during the night. Bench under TV for placing belongings is not properly secured, easy fix would be to just use the correct number of screws to secure the hinges to the wall. Positive was the staff, very accommodating and friendly people, gave us early check in. And the location is great near nice food options, shops and the tianamen mountain cable car. The hotel looks nice from the pictures but for the reasons above I cannot recommend it. Please just replace your bed mattresses for something people can actually sleep on and then the hotel would be easy to recommend.

Hotel looks old . Mold stains in the bathroom and room. No towel provided. Owner was friendly and helpful. Overall ok with the price. Location nearby east gate, about 5-10minutes walking distance

Very good location and owner is very helpful in making booking and giving advises for wulingyuan mountain. Room is clean and less than 10 mins walk to the entrance up wulingyuan. Would choose to stay here again! Below are some pointers that could have enhanced the stay better: - Provide complimentary bottled water - Shampoo and shower gel from dispenser instead of small packages

Very helpful owner who helped us to book park/sight admission tickets (cheaper than official websites), provided us with lots of destination information so that we could visit the must-see sights using the shortest route and book transport to ZJJ city at a good price. Accommodation has a washing machine (washing detergent provided) and a large sheltered rooftop to dry your laundry. Accommodation is located a short walk from the East gate, really convenient if you want to start the day early. Night market is just behind the accommodation. Oh, the owner's cat is SUPER cute! 😍

The owners of the hotel helped us really much and gave us detailed information about what we could do during our stay in Zhangjiajie. We recommend it!:)

The couple that runs the place are so kind and nice. Helped us figure out how to navigate Zhangjiajie national park and gave us a map and everything as well as answered many questions we had in general. Carried our stuff up to the room and allowed us to store our luggage for a lot of the next day as well. The room itself was a bit old though and needed some dusting on the walls and such. It's not the nicest/most modern place you'll stay. However, given the price point and our needs for just a night, it was perfectly fine! Would stay again for the value and their hospitality.

Great hotel, located 10min from the park entrance. The host was used to foreigners and helped us with all our questions. Great price for the quality

The service was good. The manager has provided extra quilts due to the weather was too cold. Also helped us to get some tickets.

Excellent staff, good location, spacious room. I liked everything very much, but as a tip to the hotel owner to take care of the cleanliness of the rooms, it was not very clean. But the rest turned out to be good
