1. Hotellet ligger mycket nära skyltporten, vilket är bekvämt. 2. Tjänsten är ganska bra. Om du har några frågor kan du ställa dem i tid. 3. Faciliteterna är gamla och layouten är mycket oprofessionell. Det finns ingen plats att hänga handdukar i badrummet, eller ens plats för att lägga toalettartiklar, vilket är mycket obekvämt. 4. Kvaliteten på frukosten är grov.

This hotel is good quality for the price. It’s a three minute walk from the main gate to Zhangjiajie park, which was perfect for our early morning park entry time. The hotel had a representative at reception who could speak English. The building itself feels a little old, but it’s comfortable. We ordered some deliveries to the hotel, which were brought to our room by a robot. The cleaning staff was helpful giving us assistance with our air conditioner and restocking items in the room. The breakfast room was beautiful, even on a rainy day. There were plenty of options for breakfast, mostly Chinese style, but also some Western style choices like toast, eggs, coffee, and fresh fruit. The hotel TV had some entertainment on demand that had many English movie choices for a lazy evening after a long day in the park. The hotel was a short walk to some coffee and tea shops. Right outside the hotel were few convenience stores and around the corner was a pharmacy. There were also some local restaurants on the same block as the hotel. I would stay here again if my priority is visiting Zhangjiajie park.

The location is truly amazing! A value-for-money stay. The breakfast area allows one to see the surrounding mountains and blue sky. The room we chose has an unobstructed view of the Wulingyuan East Gate. The gate is just a few minutes' walk away. There are shops and eateries around. Very convenient after a long day of hiking in the national forest. We didn't need many amenities but most critical and useful is the free self-service laundry room (washing machine and dryer).

The location is perfect. The facilities are poorly maintained, and cleaning is poor. On our last day, they took our towels before we left, even though we had set the do not disturb indicator. We returned to the room a couple of hours before checkout and didn't even have anything to dry our hands with. The bathroom is quite uncomfortable with no separation for the shower.

Phenomenal location. Right next to the National Park’s entrance. There is a convenience store nearby as well. The breakfast buffet was high quality and better than some of the restaurants in America. 

Located just in front of the East Gate of Wulingyuan Forest Park, very convenient if you want to enjoy the most of the place. Rooms and breakfast are nice!

Stay for the convenience, but maybe wear slippers and don't look under the furniture! 🙈 📍 Location: PERFECT! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The biggest and best advantage! It's super close to the East Entrance of the park. You can easily walk there in just 5-10 minutes. Absolutely unbeatable for convenience! 🚶♀️ 🧹 Cleanliness: A Tale of Two Realms 🧐 · First Impression: The room looked very clean and tidy at first glance. So promising! · The Reality Check: We made the mistake of looking under the bed... and it was a complete horror show! 😱🤮 Old KFC wrappers, candy wrappers, dust bunnies, and bottles. It's painfully obvious that area gets cleaned maybe once a year. Definitely not a good feeling. 🍳 Breakfast: Edible, But Not suitable for everyone.I wouldn't call it a proper "Continental Breakfast," but you won't starve! They have both boiled and fried eggs. There were also some relatively edible vegetables. 👥 Staff: A Story of Two Extremes · Reception Managers: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They were lovely, helpful, and very pleasant! They even helped us set up the air conditioner. Big thanks to them! 🙏 · Restaurant Hostess: -⭐ Unfortunately, she was quite unpleasant. She didn't greet us or say goodbye, which felt intentionally rude, was constantly stuck in the phone and chatted loudly with the waiters..🤔 We noticed she was chatty and friendly with other (local) guests, so we can only assume it was because we are foreigners. Not a welcoming feeling at all.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the access to the Zhangjiajie park. Rooms are good sized and generally clean. A little bit dated though. The area is full of restaurants and bars. Ot’s nice that after 18, all the tourists go back to the city and this area close to the park is empty and very livable.

The location of this hotel cannot be beaten for access to the national park - literally steps away across the road. The staff can be a little abrupt but did become friendly. The room is a little tired but very clean & spacious. I specifically requested a non-smoking room. Was allocated a room which had been sprayed to get the smoke smell away. Don't offer smoke free if you can't deliver. Breakfast was great. Started at 6am on the 7th level (yes you have to walk up one set of stairs - you're also walking through the park the whole day, it's ok). And yes asian food on offer - you're in China. Fresh noodle & egg stations, lots of other rice, noodles, vegetables, congee, fruit etc on offer. Very accommodating. Very convenient. Would definitely stay.

The hotel is located at the attraction place near the East Gate. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was okay. There is one convenience store next to hotel lobby that sells souvenirs, gloves, hat, cane and many more for your hiking trip in this area. The uncle sell it at cheapest price compared to other shops or even night market. Highly recommended.

Clean and spacious room and situated just next to Wulingyuan East gate, lots of eateries shop around here, very convenient to tourist. Staff are polite and helpful. Very good hotel, will visit next time.

The hotel is close to the east gate of Wulingyuan and historic interest area. It’s very convenient to start your trip from here. It’s a 10min walk from the bus station that takes you to the Grand Canyon and zhangjiajie. The streets with the shops are 1-2km walking. They have many choices for breakfast. Different vegetables, noodles, bread, eggs, fruit etc. Even cornflakes and toast if you only like western food. They change it a bit everyday which is nice. The room was good and they cleaned it every day. Only underneath the bed it was dusty. The room had automatically opening curtains and airco. I would recommend this hotel. The staff does not speak English so if you don’t speak a little Chinese it might be a little inconvenient.
