If you are coming in low season, everything is perfect. Today is high season due to Chinese new year, breakfast is hell. A lot of things missing in the table, we only had dirty tables left, see the picture. Itens that was supposed to be warm was cold, they just turn of the heat I don't know why. I still recommend the hotel, but for breakfast, come early, before 7.

A modern hotel with clean and comfortable room. The hotel lobby offers free drinks and cookies, great refreshments after a long day. Easy to call for DiDi to go to any nearby places. Breakfast was good with lots of varieties. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay here as the breakfast was filled with a variety of of different options such as western and eastern cuisines. The front desk was also very helpful in giving suggestions on attractions within the city. My waitress Naya showed me the dim sum that was offered and also the noodles that were very flavorful. I’d visit here again if I’ll travel to this city in the future.

The most best value hotel I have stayed during my Changsha/ZhangJiaJie 10 days trip. Hotel design is contemporary and spacious with living and dining hall (family suite). Hotel is about 15 mins walk to cable car station or you can easily order Didi for most of your rides. The HR 小静 is very kind and helpful to pick us up from High Speed train station. She also helped us booked the TianMenShan tickets in advance personally as we foreigners do not have local mobile number which is required during app booking. The front desk 小程 and 小候 also makes our check in process smooth and helped us with luggage storage. Also good service from 高丽 who is kind to offer afternoon tea set to our room upon check in. Tips: Bring your luggage down/check out before breakfast before you head to TianMenShan day trip.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, nicely sized room. Location is also good, 15min walk to Tianmen mountain cable car entrance and downtown zhangjiajie. Receptionist was a bit cold on check-in (but put that down to difficultly in communication)
