The hotel is well located near the bus station and very close to the cable car to climb the mountain. It also has many places to eat nearby.
The room is small but fine for one or two people without much luggage. It is also super clean and has all the facilities.
The hotel is fine, although it does not have a lift to the upper floors.
As for price value, I recommend the hotel!

This inn is run by a lovely family and we were hosted by the daughter throughout our stay. The room looks exactly like the listing photos, room size wise it is enough for 2 medium size luggage lay open and 2 people walk around. 1 minus point is the bed.. mattress too hard and pillow too soft (requested for extra pillows). We also got the host to assist us with booking attraction tickets for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. She also patiently introduced and shared with us the routes to explore around the nature park. Although breakfast isn't provided, but the host recommended a eatery just next door that serves local noodles and wanton soup (it's really good). Location is really convenient with eateries and luckin coffee around the area, and cable car to tian men shan just across the road. Totally recommend staying here!

The owner and his daughter are very kind, they gave us free room upgrade because we have a toddler. On our last day, they helped us to get a taxi and even helped to bring our luggages into the taxi although it is very early in the morning (4.30 AM).
Location is also very strategic, just across Tianmen Cable Car Station, you can just walk shortly. You can easily find many restaurants and various shop around the hotel.
We surely have very positive experience and highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely choose this hotel again if we visit Zhangjiajie in the future.

Very nice small hotel! The staff were very friendly and helped us with our bags up the stairs. They even gave us some fruits and snacks for the Dragon boat festival which was very kind. It is a few minutes walk to the cable car for tianmen mountain, and they offered to help us book tickets. There are many restaurants nearby as well.

The people at the hotel welcomed us very well and were very nice. The room was cozy, clean, well located and good price. You can walk to the entrance of the big cable car up the mountain to Tianmen and there are shops nearby: restaurants, McDonald's, Luckin Coffee, small markets, fruit and vegetable shops, chinese massage, hairdresser.

The staff weren't able to speak English, but with the help of translation apps, everything was fine, and she was very friendly. It's located a 3 minute walk away from the Tianman Mountain Cablecar and also very close to the train and bus station. There are some good restaurants nearby, photos attached. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Everything worked well. One small thing is that the toilet is a little too close to the wall/window for someone who is a little bigger. If I was ever going to stay in the area again, I'd stay here.

Best hotel in Zhangjiajie. The staff was very very helpful. She helped us to book tickets for the next morning with cheaper price. I definitely recommend this place!
