Great hotel! Staff is really helpful, the location is perfect, 8 minutes from the cableway station. Nearby are lots of authentic local restaurants! It’s really quiet at night, so easy to relax. Will definitely come here again!

The accommodation is very close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car and the facilities are well value for money. Be careful because they acted like they helped me buy tickets to Zhangjiajie etc and they charged me more than at the box office.

The staff was very friendly and the place is very close to the cable car station. There are many shops nearby and it’s very peaceful. Highly recommend if you are looking for budget friendly hotel and especially for foreigners. We loved our stay here

Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff & Perfect Location!
My stay at this hotel was **absolutely unforgettable**, not just because of its **perfect location** (only 5 minutes to Tianmen Cable Car Station!), but because of the **incredibly warm owners** who treated me like family.
The **kindest surprise**? They **invited me to their family dinner** where I got to enjoy **authentic, home-cooked local dishes** – the flavors were absolutely delicious and something you’d never find in restaurants! The owners and their family member’s were incredibly kind and always ready to help whenever needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home.
Nearby, there are also plenty of restaurants and shops, so everything you need is within easy reach.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. While there's only a staircase (no elevator), the owners and staff **kindly helped carry our luggage** up and down – their willingness to assist made all the difference! , the warm hospitality and prime location more than made up for it. If you don’t mind a few stairs, this is the **perfect budget-friendly stay** in Zhangjiajie!

Good place if you're thinking about going to Tianmen mountain. Very close to the starting point and hotel staff can help you book the tickets with a discount which is great. On top of that, there are lots of restaurants close to the hotel location.
The staff was great. Even though they did not speak English very well, they were trying their best to explain everything. We could also leave our bags stored for the whole day before our late night flight.
The place is a little bit worn off, there are marks on the wall and on the ceiling (see pictures). So it needs a bit of renovation. Additionally there is no elevator which might be an issue to some people. We had a room on the 5th floor so it was a bit of a climb.
I'd say it's good for one or two nights but I don't know if I would stay there longer than that.

Perfect located and comfort place to stay, walking distance to Tianmen Cable Car Station and foods around. Cleanliness, Design and space is just perfect. Especially the service fron Zhao the host is impeccable and genuine. Will be back and very recommended. Thank you Zhao!

Unfortunately dirty, old and unclean room (Hotel Website pictures are not up to date) broken shower, heavy mold in the room and in the shower, no room service during our stay, cold shower on our second day and loud staff and guests in the lobby making it impossible to sleep without earplugs. Good location though and friendly conversation during Check in.
