5 star service with a 3 star price Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Good hair dryer, and front staff. Very is very nice . One huge plus is free snacks daily. The owner trained the staff very well and made sure the staff above and beyond . Highly recommend

A great hotel with friendly and helpful staff and good rooms. The afternoon tea was lovely and the view from the dining/open area was great. The laundry service was very helpful. We stayed in one of the "sunshine rooms" that apparently had a mountain view, unfortunately it didn't. The carpet of the room was also rather dirty/stained. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Entering the building seems worried about the hotel condition, but after reaching the floor and seeing the hotel rooms, looks quite good.

The hotel is amazing! Clean and spacious room at a great location in Zhangjiajie. The hotel staff were amazing and helpful when needed. I highly recommend staying at this hotel :)

I loved my stay at this hotel. The service of the staff is excellent. Even though I don‘t speak Chinese we were able to communicate with each other with my translation app. They also helped me with figuring out where to go to see the Avatar Mountains and Tianmen Mountain. The breakfast is a combination of buffet style with a meal. It was very delicious and the view from the breakfast area is breathtaking. The bed was very comfortable and cozy with the pillows.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my visit to Zhangjiajie, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is modern and the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. Great hotel at a convenient location with super friendly staff and amazing set meal for breakfast. Enjoyed our brief stay in Zhangjiajie a lot. The price was also very reasonable.

Very friendly and accommodating

臨時約接機 準時接到 司機開到負一層的入口 遇到一個喝多的人在那兒小便 呃。。。。 房間不小 設施都還可以 但門口缺少 穿衣鏡 淋浴間的置物筐非常不合理 出來旅行都是帶旅行裝 那個縫大的什麼都漏下去 此房間晚上有噪音 入住時也未告知 我二天投訴給前台 前台也沒反饋噪音出自哪兒該如何解決 這樣太不專業了 第三天我終於發現噪音出處 旁邊樓一堆室外機還有樓下的一堆排風扇

房間非常好，還給了升級，早餐可以送到房間裏，非常好，就在市區，去72奇樓和天門山都很方便，樓下吃的也很多，還可以免費接送，很贊

酒店的地理位置非常優越，離七十二奇樓，天門山和張家界國家森林公園等景點都非常近。酒店環境很好，房間視野開闊，乾淨整潔，設施齊全。早餐也挺豐富，現煮的米粉也特別好吃，工作人員服務熱情周到，周邊也有很多飯店，味道也不錯。總體來説非常滿意，我會推薦家人和朋友來張家界旅遊入住這家酒店。
