XMAN YUELINGU sunrise hotel

The service was super good - Top! They help us with transfer of our luggage and helped us plan our trip in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Unfortunately, we do not think the money is worth it and fit the hotel standards. The floor in the room was uneven, the terrace door did not work probably, the hotel standard was lower than other hotels in China that was half price, the room was a bit dirty, and the pool looked really dirty, you was unable to see the bottom of the pool. Moreover, you will need a cap to get around, the hotel is not placed near anything. We will suggest you stay in the city Wulingyuan. We transferred to Wyndham hotel in Wulingyuan, very nice place. It is important to note that the view was beautiful and the staff was very nice and helpful at this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at Xman. Xiao liu provided the best service! Our mandarin isn’t great and had no itinerary, and she helped to plan our itinerary to make sure we saw the best of Zhangjiajie in our short 4 days there and even purchased the tickets for us when we checked in. She was always smiling and made tea for us whenever she saw us. Was lucky to have the chance to chat with the boss on one night! He has so many stories to tell and if you love Chinese history, you are in for an invaluable session. In the mornings we started our day with a hearty breakfast. At our preferred time, the driver will drop us at the Zhangjiajie park entrance just 10 min drive away and he will pick us up at the end of the day. Really appreciate this value added service! The room felt homely and was spacious, had the necessary amenities like bedroom slippers and the softest robe ever created! Getting a didi to and from the city centre was also relatively easy. The wood floor was peeling a little probably due to the damp weather but they were doing renovations to the other rooms so it’s probably in a better state now! I only wish the weather was better so we could see the sunrise. Regardless, the view was still so beautiful and I definitely will recommend everyone to stay here.

The hotel is awesome : rooms are spacious and the view is incredible ! You can have dinner at the hotel - they have quite a big menu :) The staff was very professional - they took us from the airport, they drove us to the national park and helped us with the itinerary ! I cannot express how grateful I am for this experience. We will definitely come back 🥰
