Perfect location after a long day of hiking on the Mountain. Beautiful few and a very nice Pool. The stuff is super friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay at Xman. Xiao liu provided the best service! Our mandarin isn’t great and had no itinerary, and she helped to plan our itinerary to make sure we saw the best of Zhangjiajie in our short 4 days there and even purchased the tickets for us when we checked in. She was always smiling and made tea for us whenever she saw us. Was lucky to have the chance to chat with the boss on one night! He has so many stories to tell and if you love Chinese history, you are in for an invaluable session. In the mornings we started our day with a hearty breakfast. At our preferred time, the driver will drop us at the Zhangjiajie park entrance just 10 min drive away and he will pick us up at the end of the day. Really appreciate this value added service! The room felt homely and was spacious, had the necessary amenities like bedroom slippers and the softest robe ever created! Getting a didi to and from the city centre was also relatively easy. The wood floor was peeling a little probably due to the damp weather but they were doing renovations to the other rooms so it’s probably in a better state now! I only wish the weather was better so we could see the sunrise. Regardless, the view was still so beautiful and I definitely will recommend everyone to stay here.

The hotel is awesome : rooms are spacious and the view is incredible ! You can have dinner at the hotel - they have quite a big menu :) The staff was very professional - they took us from the airport, they drove us to the national park and helped us with the itinerary ! I cannot express how grateful I am for this experience. We will definitely come back 🥰

剛結束一場超治癒的旅行！這家民宿簡直是世外桃源✨推窗就是青山綠水,老闆還提供超貼心的旅拍服務，攝影師審美在線，會耐心指導動作，把民宿的絕美風景和我的快樂瞬間完美定格～照片張張封神，管家服務也超很棒，性價比超高，已經安利給所有朋友，下次還要來這裏充電！

民宿環境真的很不錯，躺床上就能看到很美的風景，有一説一民宿的服務真的很不錯，不但可以接送至景點 ，臨走去森林公園玩還能寄存行李，甚至幫我們推薦旅遊路線，回來拿行李知道我們鞋子濕了還特地給我們準備拖鞋帶走方便我們高鐵上穿。除了地理位置有點偏其他真的是沒得挑，想貼近大自然，有良好的入住體驗，鎖這家包沒問題的，第一次主動想寫好評TuT

服務特別好，管家們都很親切，入住體驗感不錯。晚上有篝火，還有户外唱歌，也可以自己唱。就算是下雨，泳池的水温也是可以游泳的，山泉水，真的很不錯，特別適合和朋友家人或者團建聚餐。在酒店訂了餐，味道也不錯，推薦給不想自己搞燒烤的朋友。

這幾天旅行最明智的選擇，就是住進了棲漫，遠離市區的吵雜，度假一天很舒服，可惜行程安排的太滿，要不然就續住了，真的很捨不得離開，以後還要再來，管家小黃人也很貼心，很靠譜，阿姨做的飯很好吃，晚上還可以烤篝火，老闆看得出來也是個很有格調的人，晚上可以在泳池邊唱歌，整體酒店服務都超讚👍👍👍

2間棲漫都入住了。環境與位置都非常好！兩位管家都幫我規劃路線。接送到位。服務非常好！環境也很好，天門山棲漫坐到外面就能看到天門洞口。棲漫悦林谷早上能看日出。剛好也碰到老闆在，老闆人很nice又很健談👍👍👍

這次住的民宿真的讓我驚艷到了，跟宣傳的圖片一樣。房間裝飾非常有特色，設施一 應俱全，都考慮得很周到。床品的質量也非常好，超級大超級舒服，睡起來特別舒服。民宿周邊風景也很美， 有無邊泳池，愛游泳的人有福啦，愛拍照的小姐姐最佳首選地。老闆還很貼心地為我們介紹了周邊的景點和美食，強烈Tui薦給大家！來張家界必住棲漫

房間很舒服，泳池，烤肉，篝火，電影，K 歌等設施設備都比較完備！ 民宿可觀賞的景色既開闊又能隨天氣變化展現不同的美麗。每個房間都有自己的小陽台，特別適合感受大自然環境遊客旅居。 店裡每個工作人員都積極熱情，尤其是小馬管家，人好，聰明，周到，個人氣質也很好！

這次在棲漫悦林谷的體驗太棒了！民宿位置絕佳，步行5分鐘就到觀日台，躺在床上就能看見天門山輪廓。房間是原木風格，地暖超舒服，浴缸正對山景，泡澡超享受。管家小哥特別熱情，攻略路線妥妥的。早餐的土家米粉和現熬米粥讓人回味。下次來張家界一定再住！
