Hotellets nedre våning ligger bredvid nattmarknaden, och det är mycket bullrigt inuti. Hygienen är väldigt genomsnittlig Det som är viktigt att nämna är att det var första gången jag såg en så stor kackerlacka. Det skrämde mig dessutom när jag öppnade toalettartiklarna öppnad. Fönstren är gjorda av trä och har stora luckor. Man kan höra ljudet av trafik utanför var högljudd och jag sov dåligt.

Our stay was lovely. The room is spacious and well kept, with a wonderful view of the Wulingyuan scenic area. As mentioned in other comments, the staff of the inn is SUPER helpful. The boss man and lady gave us detailed instructions and suggestions for visiting the parks, which can be especially overwhelming for foreigners (the Zhangjiajie region has multiple parks with different ticket types, and the Zhangjiajie National Park is also divided in multiple scenic areas). I had booked only one ticket beforehand, and the staff helped me book the other ones with discount. The location of the hotel is also a highlight, with the hotel located only five minutes by walk from the east gate of the National Park. The downtown of Zhangjiajie is a little bit far, around 30km, but the staff also helped us in getting around the different areas, explaining the public transportation of the city and helping us with calling our "Didi" (Chinese Uber) when we needed. Would surely stay again!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the East gate and right in front of a daily streetfood market. We purchased a park ticket from the hotel with a 50 Yuan discount per person which was convenient and cheap. Just make sure that if you want to enter right at the park opening at 7am, you might need to quickly stop at the ticket sales window to be sure that your passports are 'activated' as a ticket. This isn't a problem as there wasn't a queue but knowing this can save you a stressful moment. If you enter later, it will already be done by the hotel owner.

We really enjoyed our stay, right next to the entrance to the natural park. We got a rainy day and had to buy shoe covers and umbrella. The owner very kindly made us a good price.

The location is great, 5 minutes away by foot from the entrance to the park. The lady boss was very enthusiastic and helped us book the tickets for the park and gave great recommendations! The room was very clean, big and comfortable. The shower was hot and worked well. The only thing that could be improved is the heating. We were there on very cold days, and the heating provided by the air conditioner was not enough to warm us up in the room, so we were quite cold for our entire stay. Thank you for a great stay!

Hotel is very near to the wulingyuan national park gate - so it saves a lot of travelling time if you are planning a tour to the national park forest. Owner was also very helpful - we didn't need to get a local guide to bring us into the park. When we reached the hotel - he helped us get the tickets (no extra cost- same price if you get tickets from the counter) save us a lot of time queuing for tickets, guided us how to tour in the national park, help us flag for cab- it's a very nice family run hotel. It's clean - they do housekeeping everyday - and the best part when you visit zhangjiajie during winter - the water heater is hot and you can warm yourself in the room from their aircond heater. 👍

The experience of our stay at the hotel was great! The bosses are super helpful on guiding us to the hotel days before our trip and even came and fetch us to the hotel upon arrival. Helped us booked our tickets to ZhangJiaJie National Park. The East Gate is just few minutes walk from the hotel, good location for food too. There’s a night market just right downstairs as well. We ended up extending our stay with them. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to stay at WuLingYuan area.

We had a very pleasant stay here! The hotel is super close to the park entrance which is perfect for getting there quickly. The owners are friendly and helpful people and the room was good and spacious. A bit cold in the nights because the windows are so thin. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The hotel has nice location near to the east gates 5 minutes and many restaurants and shops. But you can’t sleep till 00 am because of night market is under the window. The room has not good soundproofing. The rooms are old and need renovation. The windows need cleaning. The host doesn’t speak english only with translator. Thank you for kind.

Close to the enterance of Park. Location is very good . There is a small food Street outside. Hotel is decent . Value for money . Staff is very good and helpful
