I booked the hotel for 2 nights with my boyfriend! With this very cheap price, we didn’t expect it to be good at first but the host was really kind and helpful with all of the inconveniences! The hotel located very close to the north gate of the national park and it’s very accessible as it takes only 5 mins to get to the gate! The neighborhood around was nice to take a little stroll at too.

The owner is really accommodating and helpful. I had the best stay in Zhangjiajie National Park because of this hotel. The place is just perfect for relaxation as I wake up with river sounds and birds chirping. If you happen to have difficulty getting there, ask for their help and they will charge with a fair price. Shops are everywhere so no worries about it. Ask and they will help you in anyway they can. Xiexie auntie. This hotel is the best!!

The experience was absolutely amazing. The home owner was the most friendliest person we’ve met and she helped us with everything. See sat with us everyday to discuss what we wanted to do and what’s best. The even booked our tickets everyday. Besides that she told us something about the Chinese tea culture wich we really found interesting to know about. 10/10 for me

Room was clean and service was fine. Bathroom is big, though wet and dry areas are not separated. It is right on the main street to the gate, so it is very noisy with buses and tourists in the morning.There is breakfast of porridge with side dishes, hard boiled egg, and buns. It is a short walk to the North gate of ZhangJiaJie National Forest Park, so it is easily accessible to Yangjiajie or TianZi mountain, so would recommend one night for these two areas. However, it is very far from YuanJiaJie and the BaiLong elevator, so if you want to visit there, I would recommend the Wulingyuan area.

The place was very accessible to the north gate of the park. The room was clean and a bit spacious. The owners were very friendly, accommodating,kind and informative.They helped us in everything we needed to do throughout our stay.😊 if every we will return here, we will definitely stay in here again.😊👍

The hotel is in a very good location, near the north gate to the park, which is the least crowded one. The people working at the hotel were the most friendly I have ever met. They helped us getting tickets, cooked us breakfast, sometimes made us dinner, showed us around town, and were generally super nice and asking if we were alright. Would genuinely recommend this location to anyone who wants a great experience outside the big cities.

The best hotel in Tianzishen. The lady from reception made us feeling that we are in home. Very helpful. We highly recommend it. About transport - while making booking contact with the hotel to help you organize transport for 30 yuan per person. Probably it is not always but maybe :)

I had an amazing 3-nights stay here. I was one of the few guests here this time and the hosts cared for me as if I was their family, even though there was a language barrier. Note that it is one hour drive from Zhangjiajie city, at the north entrance of the park. The hosts picked me (for a cheap fee) up from the Zhangjiajie West train station. But if you want a quiet place close to the park this place is ideal. They booked the park tickets for me and provided me with a personal itinerary and all the information I needed. Often we had dinner together and I learned about Chinese tea and breathing techniques. Would recommend anytime! 😁

One of my top-ten hostel/hotel in500+places I have sleeping in 59 countries .The place I recommen that all in one you needed from hotel. The owner 's service guests as her family,some from Spain ,I am Thailand. She helped me plan to adventure Zhangjaijie forest park in each day of 4days.she helped me get ticket ,in the north gate 5 minutes walk from hotel. 4 day sleeping here I have free breakfast,and dinner is fare price,30 yuans, delicious local foods. The day back home ,she and her husband service the car to the high speed train station ,paid only 30yuans She promised that calling me back to see the leaf change all the mountain in Wullinyuan next year. Wonderful hostel/hotel in normal price.I recommended Great place for sleeping.

The location is great if you want to visit Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, and even more if you wanna visit it multiple days (I had a tight schedule so I only visited it one day) because the entrance is 10 min walking from the hotel. The hotel is 1 hour away from the city, but they can arrange a ride for a cheap price if it's during the day. The best is to contact them through WeChat. I had some misunderstandings regarding the ride, but fortunately the hotel I was staying in the city knew them and contacted them for me. The owners are nice, I spent one night drinking tea with her and talking about different things (through an app translator, like most of hotels). She can buy you the bus ticket to a nice spot inside the park cheaper than on spot. It would be useful if you ask her to list names of the places in WeChat, because with the map most people could not read the tiny characters so I got somewhat lost sometimes hahaha I will go back for sure someday with my family! Thanks for everything!

What an amazing Stay i have had Here! The Owners from the Guesthouse are Just fantastic,really polite and helpful in every way! The place IS also good located,it IS Just few Meters to the north Gate and from there. Hua Ying helps you to plan the routes for you! I cant say enough thank you! 老闆主動接待客人，並已經提前安排好了一切，比較暖心。雖然價位便宜但是酒店畢竟是人性服務佔比更大，希望老闆可以一直保持樂觀和服務意識，小客棧也可做大文章！希望有機會再次見面！
