Jiuqi Zhangjiajie Shanyin Art Hotel (Tianmenshan National Forest Park) recensioner

The area are a bit run down, and the owner is a really kind lady but cannot speak english. A bit hard to find and between small lane. The room is not really 25m2 which is a bit small from what we expected. As we arrived in late October, the room is kind of cold without turning the ac on. Towels were changed and rubbish thrown out daily. Unlimited water bottles are provided by the owner. The lobby is not clean and messy, which can be improved but the owner is really kind, even try to help carry our heavy luggage upstairs. The laundry provided is a top load washing machine used by the hotel for their laundry and needs to be air dried, no drier. To get to the Tianmen Cableway is actually almost 20 minutes walk, 15 if you walk fast. Overall, you get what you paid for. I would suggest to spend a little bit more if you can and get a little bit of better hotel which are abundant near the area.

The worker, owner and his mother were super friendly and helpful. The small village style inn is located within walking distance from the Tianmen Mountain cable carts station. We would stay again.

The host was very kind and helpful and speaks English. He helped us get tickets for tianmen mountains and hallelujah mountains. He gave us directions on how to get there and even got us taxis. He took us on our way back to the airport. There was free water at the hotel. It is close to the airport. I would definitely recommend 10/10

The hotel is clean, comfortable and very close to the Tianmenshan /Heaven‘s gate cable station and close to the railway and bus station. We received a room upgrade and the staff helped us with everything, trip recommendations and more. We highly recommend!

We lived in this hotel with friends for five days, and everything was wonderful! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Every time we needed something, they helped us quickly. The rooms are neat, clean, there is free water. The air conditioners also work well and heat up quickly.☺️ The location of the hotel is also very good, close to the city's attractions, as well as close to the cable cars for the ascent to Tianmen Mountain. Also at the reception the man could speak English, so this simplified communication. He recommended interesting places to visit, and also helped us get cheaper tickets for some attractions! My friends and I were very pleased, as the location-price-service ratio was excellent! I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was very pleasant I will definitely come back again . The room was clean and the staff helped me plan my itinerary . The gentlemen host could speak English well and was able to cater to all my needs . The location is very close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car and bus station and it’s convenient to walk there . I enjoyed my stay !

Rooms are neat and night shop in front of the hotel . Name in the trip.com and real name in the board are different. When I search in the map it show different place. My DIDI drive go to hotel and enquiry about and Mr.Lee Happy welcome me. Price changes 50% from I booked . You can stay with family so safe. I love it . I do install biadu map to search correct location.

The host and his mother were amazing! Very friendly and kind. The hotel is pretty new and nearby the central busstation. From the hotel just 10 minutes by taxi. We will stay again if we can comeback. We recommend the hotel! He also helped us to book a taxi early in the morning.

This hotel is very simple but has everything you need. Great value for money. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. It is in a good location if you want to visit Tianmenshan and there are many restaurants nearby. Would stay here again!

Nice place to stay. Very clean and cozy. Near the cable car station and airport. Lots of restaurants around. Highly recommended. Mr. Lee is very friendly and helpful. He helped me to plan my visit to Tianmen Mountain. I’ll come back again.

隨然比酒店設施稍微差點，但是我覺得很好，出來玩就是為了高興，住店也是希望碰見好人，老闆一家人都很好，特別熱情，離天門山索道也近，早上起來走路過去就行，退房了還給幫忙存行李，走的時候阿姨一直把我跟孩子送到大路上，一直在囑咐我怎麼玩才不走冤枉路，囑咐我不要上當，雖然她説的方言我有的聽不太懂，但是真的被感動到了，所以必須五星好評，也推薦給大家

一家人去張家界玩，選擇這家店很好，離張家界西站不遠，老闆親自來車站接我們，房間很整潔乾淨，風格是暖色調，冬天感覺很温暖，還有禪意的感覺，快過年了，我都擔心很多飯店關門，結果外面吃東西的地方很多，這次玩得很開心，住得很舒服！
