Qingxi Light Luxury Hotel recensioner

Very nice stay at very nice hotel. Stayed in the stargazing room and the room was very nice and felt spacious. Was great to even just sit in the room and look out through the window, especially on days when the weather was less than ideal. Staff very helpful and kind, forthcoming even at the slightest problem.

1) Location is good, just few minutes walk to the East gate, surrounded with eating house and convenient store. 2) Staff were friendly. 3) Room cleanliness were so so. Towels were dirty and some were torn. 4) There is no fridge in the room, hotel should update the photos! 5) There are plenty of wall space inside the toilet but somehow there is no hanger for you to hang your cloth/towels. 6) The shower place can easily get flood and there is no floor mat on the toilet. 7) Only 1 top load washer, NO DRYER! Frankly speaking, quite disappointed with this accomodation.

Great views out to the mountains; retractable ceiling panels that open to a glass ceiling; lovely bright room; great location on quiet street close to park entry, convenience store and with plenty of restaurants close by; not far from bus station; attractive decor; bath with a view; plenty of hot water (** bath 'cold' tap was actually the hot water tap); spacious room; conveniently placed power outlets; water bottles supplied each day; kind staff; air conditioning worked really well and was easily adjustable to needs; washing machine on our floor. The bed was too firm for my partner so we asked for an additional duvet and used that on top of the mattress which meant it was more comfortable. Staff were very polite and understanding after a misunderstanding on my part about payment for an extra night. The room wasn't as pristine as our hotel room in Shanghai, but at 1/3 price this spacious room with so many good features was an excellent stay for an excellent price.

The location is good. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and the east gate of Zhangjiajie is within walking distance. The room is decent enough with all the necessary amenities.

Perfect location in a walkable distance to the Wulingyuan entry of the park and close to many food options. Very confortable bed and lovely view, but disappointing bathroom without soap or nice equipment. Overall, would recommend !

Distant walk away from the West Gate entrance. Located at streets with many food shops. Staff is helpful. Can get their advice and even purchase entrance ticket to Zhangjiajie National Forest directly with them at a discounted price (it's legit). Downside of it is room bit dirty and dusty. Saw leftover crackers on the floor. Towels smell cigarette. Bathtub doesn't have hot water. Hotel corridor is dark.

It’s amazing hotel in the WulingYuan! The location is the best - 3-4 minutes to East gate and night market is near. It is very quiet place but very near to the loud street. The room was clear. Sometimes i hear neighborhoods but its okay not so loud. Very high service! I asked to wash the windows and the done it special for me! I strongly recommend to book room with starry sky roof. Its very nice and comfortable. The manager was 24/7 hours online with me. Thank you for your excellent service and good relax!

Fantastic location next to East Gate, staff were accommodating Bathtub and star gazing room were great little luxuries after hiking. Would stay again and recommend

Terrific location within easy walking distance of Wujiayu Ticket Office at the gateway to Zhiangjiajie National Forest Park. There are many excellent, if a little pricey, restaurants nearby. The friendly staff gave us a free breakfast, which helped us get an early start. Our room was light and airy with nice furnishings. Some things to note are that no bathmat is provided and one of our towels, while clean, was a little tatty. Staff were happy to provide additional towels on request. There is limited privacy when using bathroom facilities due to a frosted glass panel between the bedroom and bathroom. This can be slightly awkward in a 2-bed room. Our shower was a little leaky, but this may be unique to our particular room. Staff were friendly and welcoming, kindly letting us check in early. A fruit platter was generously provided on our first day. The beds were definitely on the hard side. The location and warmth of the staff more than compensated for any minor issues we encountered during our stay.

Not very good in room services and amenities. Only close to East Gate is something convenient.
