The hotel is very close the West gate of Zhangjiajie National park. The room is nice and clean, the balcony provides a mountain view. The owner is very friendly and helpful, she organised a car to take us to the railway station when we couldn’t book a DiDi.

The place is very well located of the intention it's to get there as early as possible to avoid the crowd. You can be a bit out of the budget getting in and out of the area, if you are arriving late or leaving early and there's no option to take the buses from and to the city. The staff is very polite the room was very clean and the scenery is beautiful, the hotel can get a bit noisy when there's kids staying the night.

The location of the hotel is perfect, at walking distance of the west gate of the park. Beautiful view on the mountains. Room is nice and clean and the owner is very helpful. The hotel itself doesn't have food facilities but you can eat at the restaurant next door. It is very convenient.

The room was cosy equipped with AC to warm the room, good Wifi, kettle and toiletries. A small fridge would have been great but the cool weather didn’t let me miss it much.
The mountain view and the peace around were fantastic!
The place is 10 mins walking from Zhangjiajie National Park West entrance which means accessing the busses and Cable cars is so easy.
The guest was friendly and very responsive.
It is a bit challenging to find food around, but there is a restaurant next to the hotel that opens only for dinner.

Very beautiful hotel with lovely & helpful owners for a great price. It's close to the gate. Just know that this entrance of the national park is a little harder to reach.
