Thaiwoo Hotel recensioner

We just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient! There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults! The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing! We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!

Great location within Taiwu resort. Prices were reasonable for an NYE booking. Breakfast, ski lockers, and various discounts were included too!

The living experience is good. It is close to the ski area and there is a convenient store nearby.

Me and my family all enjoy the trip. Clean and cozy room, you can tell the facility and furniture are maintained very well. Great breaky buffet, I like noodle soup. Over all I will highly recommend.

酒店的位置可以，雖然不能直接看到雪場，但是房間住着很舒適，早餐比較豐富，走到雪具大廳也就幾分鐘挺方便的，雪具大廳二層還有酒店專屬的儲物櫃。 房間含了3張温泉票去泡了比較不錯，就在酒店對面的酒店裡，走過去很近。 晚上出去散步8點半有打鐵花，站在下面看的沒上去。

四星的硬件設施，可能時間比較久了。服務人員的精神面貌是五星的，有問題很耐心很熱情地解答。整體還可以。送了電影票，當季最新的電影。

房間還可以，空間、格局、衞生、舒適度都可以，不過WiFi 太差，可以等同於沒有。圖5就是連上WiFi 後但仍然打不開網頁的截屏。另外，人員培訓需要加強。首先，前台的部分員工不清楚住滑套餐裏的一些規則和額外費用。比如不清楚包含的雪具裏是否有頭盔，未提示遊客中心二層有酒店客人專區。第二，早餐很一般，果汁區竟然給的是雪碧和紅茶，然後雪碧還是空的。早餐區還有個男服務員，在説話的時候，多次大聲帶臟字，一點都不注意在場還有客人在用餐。而且剛一閉餐，大家就在用餐客人旁，積極的掃地、擦地，既不衞生又鬧心，見圖一。
