Kind of disappointed for the mountain view is really mountain view of non-ski slope even though the photos shown so beautiful ski slope mountain view. Has cooking facilities but do not have utensils and stuffs. Location right beside ski rental centre. Bus alight along the door step but it is the last pick up when go to the railway so if crowded may not able to get up and will miss train unless u take taxi. Room set up is satisfied as per photos though.

Located in Thaiwoo ski resort area. Walking distance to ski park and lots of restaurants within 100m. Staff is helpful and accommodative to requests. Dogs friendly hotel.

Brilliant location in the heart of Thaiwoo. Walking distance to the slopes. Rooms are very spacious compared to the other hotels around. The breakfast spread is just ok. Will definitely come back.

It's a good Hotel at the Ski resort. Breakfast is decent. Staff are generally friendly. Everything was clean. The room was appalingly hot though - even with the heating turned off and the window open all night. Pool only opens at 2 pm. I asked if I could check out a little later than 12 and they said no.

We enjoyed our stay with our kids at this hotel. The room is spacious and we able to accommodate 2 adults and 3 kids thanks to the sofa bed. Although they have a small kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, there’re no utensils, not even a spoon. Staff was friendly although English command was very limited. The buffet breakfast has variety but it’s quite repetitive if you’re staying many days in a row. Anyway, the hotel is well located very near the Snow Center (where you buy the snow pass and rent the equipment), with lots of restaurants around. It was a very enjoyable stay.

This hotel absolutely checked all boxes on my list - location was great as it is about 3 minutes walk to the main ski area. Room was decently large for 4 of us (2 adults 2 children), and was also equipped with a kitchenette. Every floor of the hotel room had a self service washing machine, although the daily queues to use the washing machine could be rather long. Service and breakfast at the hotel was great. Restaurants are mostly within walking distance of the hotel. Really enjoyed my stay at Elements!

Great place to enjoy winter wonderland , perfect hotel to stay. Spacious room, hospitable and clean. Breakfast is reasonably good. Can even check in with pets. Awesome 👏

Nice ski resort, located in the middle of town, walking distance to ski centre.

Beautiful location. My husband and I came to Thaiwoo to participate in a sports event. The hotel crew was so kind and let us check in to the room hence our early arrival. Great location to be!

Convenient location, clean rooms. Beds are large but mattresses could be a bit harder. Breakfast options are ok. We were allowed to check in earlier and leave later which is nice☺️

Good stay. Trainee Shirley was particularly helpful. Some noisy dogs overnight, but that's the owner's fault, not the hotel's.

Excellent location, packages, swimming pool. All good, no issues.
