very good and nice location super clean room

Very dissappointed with check in staff in terms of their attitude and local knowledge. Have spelled out before arrive hotel and upon arrival that we require non smoking room due to allergic. But yet the check in staff told us if we can accept 27th floor “smoking room”. We ended up have to wait at reception area for housekeeping to clean up a non smoking room for us. At the hotel lobby, we asked the concierge staff if they can ring up a taxi for us and the reply is “NO”. The comments we saw online before we arrive the hotel is very much contradict to the actual situation. Hence we decided to move to Hilton Hotel nearby in which we received warm welcome. The staffs at Hilton Hotel is polite and knowledgeable and very patience explaining to us places of interest in Zhanjiang. Will definitely recommend Hilton Hotel which is also cheaper in price and the rooms are well decorated and clean.

The LN garden hotel Zhanjiang is absolutely outstanding. I can not fault it in any way. The hotel itself is just superb and added to the friendliness and efficiency of the staff make the experience one to remember. The food was very nice with a huge variety of dishes. I actually made a mistake with my room choice when booking but this was quickly and courteously altered to my liking. Thank you to the manager and team that sorted this for me. If you do visit LN garden hotel do try to have a panoramic sea view room. This room was the icing on the cake, on the 29th floor the views were amazing. This is now my favorite hotel in Zhanjiang by a long way.

Service was great, except no direct room delivery, food was not as good as I expected, considering the price, options were few. Gym is not 24 hour and requires sign in. Room was excellent.

酒店位置非常好，左右兩側兩個購物中心，餐廳選擇非常多，對面就是金沙灣沙灘廣場，晚上跳操，唱歌非常熱鬧。在高層房間裏都能聽到街邊的歌聲。週六日晚上沙灘邊還有10分鐘的無人機表演。38層行政酒廊俯瞰金沙灣全景。3層中餐廳早上和中午的廣式點心很不錯。1層自助餐早餐的湯粉很筋道。

金沙灣觀海長廊最好的位置，特意加錢升級到海景房，因為海景房不僅景色好，視野好，關鍵房間還超大。進房間後瞬間心情大好，酒店右側和左側都是購物廣場，吃飯和購物簡直太方便了。酒店大堂富麗堂皇，房間內傢俱及設施很漂亮，從落地玻璃窗放眼望去，看海完全沒有遮擋，幸福感爆棚。自助早餐就在一層大堂，品種雖然不太多，味道還不錯，現場做的豬雜麪和披薩最好吃，來湛江住這家酒店是非常正確的選擇。

這家酒店入住體驗真的很好好，原訂房間户型比較小，辦理入住時讓前台小劉和小李幫忙免費升級一下，她們很積極的處理我的需求，幫我申請免費升級了一房一廳的套房，服務態度很好，房間有六十多平，面積很大，非常舒適，下次還會選擇這家酒店

這次在花園酒店的入住體驗真的太棒了！從前台辦理入住開始，就感受到了滿滿的貼心。前台Sunny業務能力超強，辦理手續迅速又準確，還會主動詢問我的需求。她特別熱情，耐心地給我介紹酒店的各項設施，身體不舒服的原因還主動幫忙申請延時退房，這次入住，因為有Sunny的貼心服務，讓我感到無比舒適，下次來這邊，肯定還選這家酒店！

這家酒店是二刷了，位置超正對面就是金沙灣游泳沙灘🏖，有沿海濱運動跑道；門口有多條公共汽車線路，21路坐8站到赤坎老街民主路站，其免費停車除酒店地面廣場外還有酒店地下停車場🅿️負二樓。 三樓的桃園館有早茶供應，現在的時候餐飲直接打八折，服務員很好的，看我們二個人點了4個菜品直接過來説“太多了吃不下的”……

總體來説入住體驗不錯的酒店， 位置、交通:、出行都很方便，酒店隔着一條馬路就是金沙灣，沿江邊散散步、吹吹海風非常愜意，晚上也很熱鬧。入住時前台小劉和小吳幫我們免費升級了可以看海的房間，房間有帶衣帽間和浴缸，而且根據我們要求專門安排無煙的樓層。房間寬敞視野好。設備設施都很新，乾淨舒適，下次來還會選擇這家酒店

酒店的位置很好，盡覽海灣風光（雖然我住的房間看不到湛江灣），過街就是海灘，毗鄰金沙灣購物中心和麗悦新天兩個商場，裏面餐館很多。硬件方面，房間很大，還有一個衣帽間，衞生間跟房間一樣長，有景觀大窗，雙台盆，非常好。住在這樣的房間裏感覺舒適（電視機較小，畫面也不是高清的）。一樓的全日餐廳的拱頂類似歐洲老式火車站，空間很大（不利之處就是那兩天降温，餐廳正對酒店大門，在那裡就餐感覺有些冷）。早餐還行。服務中規中矩。

房間風景3211正面觀海，遠處看到跨海大橋；在樓下就是觀海長廊去；客房整潔無異味，毛巾潔白細膩；服務員認真到位；早餐我們去的晚了，除了雜糧沒有了，其它都是豐富的，有湛江特色， 不錯哦，下次會推薦朋友去體驗。
