I stayed and found the location excellent — very close to Erqi Square and surrounded by plenty of food options. The room was spacious and seemed recently renovated, which made it quite comfortable. However, there was no minibar in the room, and communication with the staff was challenging since they did not speak English. One area that needs improvement is the breakfast. There were very few options available, and it was difficult to find something suitable to eat. Additionally, only chopsticks and spoons were provided, which might be inconvenient for those not comfortable using chopsticks. Although communication was a bit difficult, the staff had a helpful attitude. Due to the hotel's proximity to the main road, noise could be heard inside the room, but it didn’t affect my sleep. Overall, it's a good choice for its great location and comfortable rooms, but there is room for improvement in breakfast service and communication.

Room amenities are quite old. No fridge in the room. Location is near 27 square and metro

Small welcome gift pack provided upon check in. However quite disappointed with the room: room is small and dark, looks like just renovated but can see the facilities are old with some malfunction power sockets. The bathroom wall is still wet. Wifi connection not stable, I have to use my mobile data. Location wise surrounding of this hotel is not foreign friendly. There isn’t obvious hotel main entrance but have to walk about 300m from the roadside, not easy for taxi to locate the hotel especially first time visitor. Also bear in mind that it is located near the famous 27 tower which will strike at the top of every hour, can be heard clearly from the hotel room.

Uprzejmy personel, który pomógł mi zamówić bilety do muzeum . Pokój czysty. Blisko do dworca, jeden przystanek metrem linia 1. Możliwość odwiedzenia, zorganizowania wycieczki do grot w Gongyi czy też Kaifengu.

首先地理位置非常好，地鐵口，周圍商城特別多，方便逛街，攜程積分兑換了房間升級塔景雙床房，房間很大，有沙發，床品也還可以，能聽到二七塔的報時鐘聲，不過不影響睡眠，有洗衣房，特別贊，圖中的牡丹花是我自己在洛陽買了帶過來的哈

酒店不錯，位置極佳，地鐵出來就是，出行方便，在最繁華的二七廣場，樓上可以看到紀念塔，攜程還給免費升級了房型，還有自助洗衣，出來十幾天，洗了衣服，很不錯，唯一一個小缺點是早上六點開始，那個塔有鐘聲，東方紅，忘記關窗户了，關上估計就聽不到了，推薦

設施：早餐選擇不多，網絡稍微差點（不穩定） 衞生：還可以 環境：市中心不錯，可以看到二七廣場（二七塔） 服務：可以 節假日價格略高，總體還是可以的。

又是快樂的一天~一個月去兩次鄭州的還有誰呢~。上次是親子出遊，這次是朋友出行。鄭州是真的真的不錯呀~早起的鬧鐘，竟然是二七塔的鐘聲~實在是太精神了。樓下就是德化步行街~實在是方便~地鐵口也在附近~大衞城也在附近~實在方便方便~如果再去，還是住這家~

環境：開窗就能拍到二七塔，真的是景觀位置。 服務：前台服務也很好，有需求跟他們講就好了。 設施：設施有點點老了，別的都還行 。
