Excellent location. The service apartment occupies 3 floors of an apartment building situated above a high-end shopping mall. The mall leads to a subway station and has restaurants, markets and patisseris.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. They will try to accommodate your request as far as possible.
The place is basically clean, but don't look too closely. Standards are different. They don't clean under hanging cabinets or around the floor ledge or any of the tuck-away areas. They don't scrub so you might see scum or built up dirt in some areas.
The service apartment has a washer/dryer but no microwave or cookware. Other than an electric water boiler, there is nothing for reheating food.

There was no working air conditioning in our room. BEWARE. We were told by the front desk that there was some rule after October 11 that there was to be no more cool air conditioning despite the room being advertised as with air conditioning. It was 27-28 degrees Celsius in our room, we were advised to open the window and let in the pollution into our room to cool down. The pollution in Zhengzhou is very bad, smog covers the entire sky and makes it difficult to breathe. It was too hot to sleep. Location was good.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions in this area, especially if you need to do shopping. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Comfortable cozy bed. Overall, considering the great location and friendly service, it was a pleasant stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Clealiness and services are 100% ! The room is fancy with good lights and provided with all the needs. We will book again next time.

Best facilities. Every thing o could want in the room and wanted I didn’t have they were quick to get for me. Impeccable service. Top notch. Only complaint was it was diffficult for a non speaking foreigner to locate. Actual building name was marked in area signs as La casa. On apple map was different and none was the same as name in trip. But a friendly person helped me to the door the first time Andes then I was good. Really loved the room. Close to the hensn museum by taxi. Far from there parks (which I should have skipped anyway). Did I say how great the staff service was? 😁❤️🙏

Rooms and hallway carpets were dirty. Black mold around sink taps. Shower door would not close and water would run out into the bathroom. The room smelt of smoke.
