JI Hotel (Zhengzhou Erqi Square Subway Station David City)

How good if I can give a 10 star services which provided by Ji Hotel’s front line , the service is top notch. We have requested for extend stay so that we can catch up the flight at evening and the receptionist had assist us for that, and we really appreciated it. On top of that the location is superb which the tourist would be able to walk around the er qi place very conveniently. If you come to Zhengzhou, this hotel is strongly recommended. By Malaysian

I chose this hotel because I was attending an event by Guangyu at MixC Mall, and the location was incredibly convenient — it was very close and easy to get to. During my stay, ordering food delivery and getting other necessities was also super convenient, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the laundry and dryer facilities. Being able to wash and dry clothes during the trip made the stay much more relaxing and enjoyable for me. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience here. The only downside worth noting is that cars cannot stop directly at the entrance. Whether arriving or leaving, you need to carry or drag your luggage quite a distance to get to the pickup/drop-off point, which can be inconvenient, especially with heavy bags.

I stayed at the JI hotel during my business trip in zhengzhou and it was an amazing experience! The front desk staff, Xiaoran was extremely friendly and warm when handling check-in and check-out procedures. Every detail was taken care of perfectly, making me feel extremely warm upon my arrival. The entire process was efficient and comforting, like a gentle breeze blowing over me, and all the travel fatigue vanished. The room was also very clean, which is exactly what you would expect from JI hotel. I must give Xiaoran a full 5-star rating every time I stay there. Highly recommended! 👍

Location was very central and close to main pedestrian street which was very convenient. Hotel is clean and service was good.

New hotel, modern and clean , walking distance to erqi road

Qi (齐）was and his team were amazing. They made me feel very welcomed and helped me navigate around and made sure that my needs were tended too. They really went above and beyond and I couldn't thank them enough. The hotel's strategically situated with great accessibility to shops, street foods, commercial centres, and is right across the road from ErQi square. It was really impressive how the staffs quickly cleared the tables up during breakfast and actually cleaned and sanitised the tables ready for other guests, something that's not really seen in western countries. Toiletries were provided and there was even a diffuser in the room that really helped created a calm and homey ambience.

The receptionists are all very welcoming and friendly!
