Everything was top tier. From the check-in where I was upgraded to a river view room, the clean, spacious and inviting room to the service and superb breakfast. The view from the restaurant was amazing. This was my pre birthday trip and the Hyatt made it so special. I even got a slice to birthday cake. The lady at the front desk who checked me in spoke really good English and was so kind and caring and she’s also a Gemini 😁🎉 I would 100% recommend and come back here.

Prime location, excellent breakfast, room is spacious clean and comfortable. Bathroom water pressure and quality of linen is very good. The staff is kind and courteous.

Great hotel with kickass city view

All good except the room service, which I was forced to use, as I had to work late from my room. Ordering was not at all simple (having not spotted the QR code notice on the fridge work top. But response was swift, so too was delivery of the order. However, the "Ceasar Salad" was sorrowful! Lettuce leaves awash in some sort of watery white fluid, with no discernable taste, some croutons and a few pieces of dried bacon. Especially disappointing given how lovely the fruit and vegetables are most of the time in China. Main course "Lemon and Herb Chicken" should have been listed as "Lemon and Herb Skin and Bones"!!! There was virtually NO actual chicken meat. Roated tomatoes and asparagus were lovely, Dessert was uninspiring, but compared to the salad and main course for sure the best course. The Wine? Completely undrinkable. Opened, poured a small amount to taste, spoilt. It happens, sadly! Would be a good idea to open the wine to test before serving

來鎮江出差，這家酒店作為鎮江地標建築，肯定是首選，酒店房間位於59層-76層，可提供360度無敵城市全景，無論是繁華城景還是壯闊長江都能盡收眼底。這次住的行政房，行政酒廊有下午茶和歡樂時光的簡單晚餐，味道都不錯，比較推薦小餛飩。早餐品種不多，味道還行能吃飽。服務態度親切，總體來説好評推薦。

作為一個在鎮江長大，成年後離開的人，第一次在這麼高的位置看鎮江的全景。找到了自己的奶奶家，自己的小學，自己的中學。酒店給我升了房，各種設施也都是一線酒店的。我備註的要求也在我入住前幫我安排了。如果是和我一樣回老家探親，又或者來旅遊，商務出行的，這個酒店應該是最佳選擇了。

酒店地理位置很好，市中心附近周邊公交站很多，出行很方便，邊上就是商場，一樓轉角就是茶顏悦色。 給我們免費升級了房型，高層能俯瞰整個江景，房間面積也很大，設施很新，還送了入住水果贈禮。 不足之處就是上下樓不便，要換乘兩部電梯，外賣衹能放一樓前台，下去拿再回房間很花時間。

五星好評因為前台小哥oscar 送了早餐給我並延遲了退房 酒店跟商場共同一個停車場 建議停到b4位子會多很多 隔壁就是商場 很方便 地理位置超級好 去哪裡都很近 我們打車出行也很方便 唯一不足就是辦入住説小童備品已經給我放到房間，到了以後衹有一雙小童拖鞋，播0讓補一下，然後就出去吃飯了，回來後發現還是漏了洗護，後來隔了五分鐘以後電話説補了，然後電話溝通確實沒有放，就説現在送兩瓶來。等了阿姨送到才去游泳。其他都蠻好的。
