Quanyan Hotspring Holiday Hotel recensioner

Staff are nice. Many facilities. Room is big enough but many mosquitoes. Food is so so. The location is not convenient.

English speaking friends traveling for a weekend getaway. Perfect time. Lots of friendly kindness where translation was needed :)

Really cute hot spring hotel with many different pools to go in and out of. The room was clean and quite comfortable on the second floor. The private bath was also nice. The dinner, supper, and breakfast were all good as well. Really enjoyable visit.

Hotel room and clothings are clean and tidy. The food was delicious.  We enjoyed the hot springs very much both in room and outside pools.

It was too crowded and the pools were very dirty in the afternoon. In the morning, the experience is way different without many people.

Food is good, hot spring pools are okay but could use more lightings at night.

3 meals were included in the package which is a good deal. Don’t expect the food is nice but sufficient. There are about 50 hot spring pools. They are clean. I saw workers draining the water, brushed the base of the pool and refill them. Some of them have Chinese medicine in them. Some smell like flowers: roses, lavender…

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with private hot spring tub. The public hot springs was not clean enough but overall was ok. Good free meals with a large variety of choices.

Bath is clean and warm. People in the corridor and gardens always speaking loudly and was disturbing when sleeping in room.

The rooms are ok. It is on a separate area for the one that I got. Some are inside the hot spring area. Dinner, mid night snack and breakfast are ok. Tons of people. Have many pools but because of so many people they are usually full.

I booked a non-smoking room, but arranged a smoking room to me. At outside spa area, I expected is non-smoking area, but I saw some user smoking. In addition, I go to japan or other country for spa, they are not allow user carry smart phone, but some user carry smart phone and take photo. I booked a room with private spa, that mean I can use spa anytime in private. However, I saw a notice warm reminder refill spa water will charge $150 per time. Ridiculous!

pretty mid for a hot spring and the lobby and hallways smell not that great imo

it would be better if the water was brought to the room every day
