Service by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

The hotel is nearby the center of the city

Very nice hotel with a modern, clean and comfortable room. Recommended if you need to stay near the ferry port. Accepts foreigners 👍

這次來舟山東極島玩，攜程上看了很多家酒店評價，最後選擇入住舟山普陀天豐樓開元名庭酒店。酒店位於舟山老城區地理位置方便，有接送到半升洞碼頭服務，最主要是酒店工作人員服務超棒，前台劉經理和服務人員有問必答，諮詢了很多問題，他們多能耐心一一回答。還有接送去碼頭的夏先生，感謝他的服務，由於自己的疏忽把一個包包忘記在車上了，離開船時間又不多了，他想辦法幫我在開船前送到了碼頭。酒店的房間也很乾凈，還有泡腳桶😄早餐也不錯。總而言之這次很慶幸選了天豐樓開元名庭酒店。

酒店位置很好，房間也很不錯，寬敞明亮乾淨。 酒店班車可以送到半升洞碼頭，工作人員很熱情。周邊買海鮮，吃海鮮都方便！吃好飯逛逛海濱風景，很不錯！下次還來住！

服務：跟家人出行去普陀山祈福，返程選的貴酒店，辦理入住時碰巧大堂經理也在前台，劉經理得知我們是來祈福的主動問怎麼沒有讓酒店到碼頭接，及其的熱心，並且在我有所要求房型上的問題主動讓前台幫忙升了房間，隨口閑聊了兩句在得知我們晚上要去高佳莊吃飯時特意提醒了一嘴讓結賬的時候拿出房卡會給打8.8折，種種舉動可以看出劉經理的熱心腸讓人很暖心以及對工作的認真，並且路上遇到的其他員工也很熱情主動微笑問好，進入房間後也遠超了我的預期，房間很大很乾凈。總之這次入住各方面都很滿意，下次去舟山依然會選擇入住貴酒店。

入住感受超好！！🌷🌷🌷 房間升級為豪華雙人間，巴適得很！ 安靜舒適，清潔衞生。 前台小姐姐服務周到，前台經理還來城北汽車站接送，非常熱情有禮。感謝🌹🌹🌹

5月1日早上到了，加了點錢順利辦了入住，房間空間很大，離碼頭也不算遠，周圍有個飯店很好吃，房間咯的榻榻米孩子超級喜歡，下次還會考慮入住

訂的雙卧套房，適合家庭出遊，可以在一個房間裏面。整體面積不大，設施沒有那麼新，空調噪音也比較大，舒適度一般。前台服務挺好的，有位男經理很熱情。

一家四口住的非常寬敞，前台經理非常非常客氣友善。早餐不是自助的，但選擇種類很多，價格實惠。酒店有車去半升洞碼頭，去普陀山很方便。

春節去普陀山旅遊，選擇在該酒店住宿。這是一個非常正確的選擇。首先是酒店的位置很好，距高佳莊海鮮酒店約150米、東河海鮮市場約200米、沈家門漁港約300米，無論是品嚐海鮮或購買海鮮及遊覽都很方便。其次是酒店的設施、衞生和服務都很好的，我們感覺很温暖。值得推薦！

前台服務非常熱情，房間非常寬敞，劉經理人非常好，服務周到，每年都來這裏住。
