One of the "non-smoking" rooms had a strong tobacco smell. Fortunately we could change the room. The new room didn't smell bad, but it had problems with electricity and power cuts. In the second room, the fridge didn't work. For this price, one expects better maintenance.

Me and my family traveled in Putaoshan and stayed at this hotel. The staff really helpful, suggested where to go around the island and where to have nice breakfast. Also, the hotel vibe is very nice, clean and comfortable. I really recommend this hotel and if I have a chace to go back to Putaoshan again I will definitely consider to stay in this hotel again.

The location of this hotel is really suitable for those that is taking vegetarian while traveling, as the vegetarian restaurant (breakfast, lunch & dinner buffet with considerable fair price per pax) is just 1 minute walking distance away from the Hotel lobby. Groceries shop is just next to the Hotel lobby which makes it really convenient for travelers. Whereas walking towards the nearest town may take an approximate 10 minutes. The hotel is surrounded with residential units.

老闆良心不會痛嘛。。1300多民房的配置，根本配不上酒店兩個字。這就僅僅是個房間而已！設備設施太簡陋了:洗手間普通瓷磚、沙發出租屋用的、馬桶也不好用、洗浴間地面黑的、洗手盆估計是最小尺寸的，電梯間地毯破爛的。智能？房間哪裡體現智能了。所謂的“酒店”整體簡陋的不知道怎説了！ 噪音:房間隔音差，樓下吵鬧聽的可清楚了。 這樣也敢賣1300！錢太好賺了。。多學學息來小莊好嗎？實實在在些。 這評價的分數不知道怎麼刷出來的，平台要嚴打刷單，讓客户能明明白白的消費。

房間不錯，沒有異味，進入房間有種舒適的感覺，還有個可以坐下喝茶的小桌子，酒店位置也挺好，離碼頭不遠，走着去普濟寺也很近，離海邊大壩也不遠，早起可以去大壩看景、運動。前台服務不錯，還有普陀山遊覽圖，碼頭可以接送，早上去普陀山的時候，行李寄存在酒店，離開的時候，行李箱直接送到碼頭，省時間了，下次再來。

這個酒店應該是被黑了吧！我入住的很舒心：前台小妹妹們特別熱情❤️🔥，入住第一印象特別好，還有碼頭接送服務，馬桶🚽是智能的很贊，淋浴噴頭很給力，房間雙層玻璃隔音不錯，唯一就是房間偏小，好像島上都這樣吧～

我娃就愛住這家酒店。因為房價比去年來的時候要高，主要今年來是屬於普陀山旺季。人真的很多，超多。 所以定了特惠房，後來到前台付女士給我們升級了房型，非常感謝。我娃就是愛喝他們家奶茶。每天出門都要裝一個保温杯，前台都非常友好呢。連保安大叔也很友好。服務都不錯。 房間還是一如既往的温馨、舒適。 又可以品品茶、靜靜心、抄心經。看來 這家酒店將成為我們每次來普陀山必選的酒店。位置還是很方便的，步行到普濟寺15分鐘左右。到普濟寺換乘站20分鐘。離西天景區很近哦。吃東西也方便。滿意！

連續三年到普陀山，每次都是住這家。 服務不錯，酒店位置很方便， 普陀山碼頭—酒店汽車接送， 衞生：新裝修後，更好了 設施：需要的都有。 唯一的遺憾是沒有早餐。

環境：酒店地址位置很好，離碼頭，美食街，普濟寺都很近的。 服務：酒店工作人員很熱情，前台的小石每次都會詢問有沒有什麼需要幫助的地方，所以不要怕東西沒帶齊，酒店裡的工作人員能幫一定會幫忙的。 衞生：酒店房間的衞生非常棒，乾淨舒適，特別是有我朋友喜歡的蕎麥枕頭，這點非常贊。 每次來普陀山都住在瑞驛，體驗一直都很好，推薦大家入住體驗。

房間不大，但很安靜。除了沒有智能馬桶，其他設施都還好，電視可以自費點播電影，空調夠暖，熱水夠恆温，冬天洗完澡、看個喜劇電影很舒適。前台小付很熱情，安排接送碼頭很及時。唯一遺憾的是樓下的燒烤店不開了。
