Overall great experience. Rm is fairly clean, AC is a bit noisy but acceptable. Would recommend for ppl who's on trip to the middle of nowhere in Doumen district.

Unfortunately the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Arriving at the hotel the check in process was quite simple. The water wasn’t really hot when taking a shower. As advertised the hotel advertises a car to get you to the hotsprings but at first they had no idea what we were talking about then eventually after all the translation they said we need to book an hour in advance and they would get the car to pick us up from the hotsprings. Once we had tried to arrange the car they said no cars were available and they told us to arrange our own transportation. The breakfast is not ideal as the bread rolls were quite stale and they didn’t really have much to offer. It was a really disappointing experience. The only thing that was great was the bed it was truly the best part of the hotel.

諗住去斗門玩煙花，就預訂了這間酒店。 酒店有免費泊車同早餐。Reception 都好友善、親切。我兩大兩小，哥哥較高，就比多張早餐券我哋。 除了去廁所如果有人開大，大家有機會聞到外 （因為廁所門不到頂），其餘各項都算唔錯 👍

- 地氈非常骯髒
- 隔音非常差、門窗全關上都聽到街外的聲音
- 洗手間趟門潤滑劑不足，很難關門
- 廁所馬桶有污漬
- 洗手間、淋浴間面積非常細
- 電視畫面比例設置錯誤
- 水壓時大時細、水溫時熱時涼
- 床頭燈其中一盞是壞的
- 梳化吊燈無法後開啟（在梳化後面）燈殼情生鏽狀態
- Wifi只有大陸手機少可註冊使用
- 熱水壺非常殘破
- 大堂沒有升降機，需要手拖行李上樓梯到一樓才可乘升降機上樓
- 前台員工態度差，詢問哪裏有升降機時，非常晦氣
總體來說是一間管理極差的酒店，可以說是行業恥辱，價位與Hilton同價簡直是荒謬
