Hyatt Place Zhuhai Jinshi

The hotel is nice and has some nice features. The staff is a little bit young and unexperienced. And wear an outfit that looks 3 sizes too big, but are friendly. The room was spacious with a good bed and large shower overlooking the river. Unfortunately our bathroom had a little bad smell, but that was a small thing. The breakfast has a good variety of options, but misses some things like good yoghurt and honey. And could do with a proper coffee machine. An other small remark is the terrible lighting in the breakfast area, which makes it feel a cheap place. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, which is great, but unfortunately misses a sauna and hot tub. The girl providing towels at the pool seemed more interested in her phone than in any guests. A bonus was a pool table. There is also a gym, but that has seen better days. But compared to other hotels and taking into account the price, it is a very affordable option.

The swimming pool is very clean with a very nice view facing the river. However, it is closed between 12 to 2pm. It is normally not found in other hotels for noon time closure. In addition, I recommend there should be clothes dryer inside the changing room next to the pool. Overall, the room and breakfast are all good standards.

Stayed at this hotel for many times. Great location. Good services. Nice place to stay.

Fair location but good service from front desk

The overall stay experience has been excellent. Front office staff was polite, helpful and caring. During my 3D2N stay, we had breakfast for only one per day in my package. The Front Office gentleman proactively offered us 4 breakfast coupons instead of 2. That nice surprises really cheered us up. In the first morning, my parents came visit us and we had breakfast together. I requested to use up all the 4 coupons in one day and the lady at the restaurant flexibly allowed me to do so. When FO gentleman greeted us and knew about that, he handed 2 more coupons to us for our next morning use. My hubby and I were so impressed. The whole stay experience just couldn't be better. The room was spacious and clean while the view was wonderful. Every staff we met were very polite and cheerful. We returned to the hotel late on the second night and asked whether we could check out late. Another young lady and gentleman Wellin and Leo at the reception were so thoughtful to arrange late check out till 3pm. So many extra miles by so many staff we met there. We would definitely choose this same hotel in our next visits.
