The Deluxe Mountain View Twin Room (913) is an excellent choice. The spacious, clean, and well-appointed room and bathroom, along with the hotel's top-notch amenities such as the beautiful pool and fitness center, provided a wonderful stay.
The exceptional service from the Front Office Manager, Ms. 王曉雨, who graciously accommodated an early check-in and arranged a delightful afternoon tea, is particularly noteworthy.
The dining options, including the abundant breakfast and elegant afternoon tea, are also excellent. I was thoroughly satisfied and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed and were pleased with our stay at this hotel, the location is excellent, highly recommend the ocean view room, the staff were very friendly especially Allen and Nick, and the hotel shuttle was also provided. Will stay again.

The room is really nice with a bath tub facing the Mountain View, but the lift is always smelly with almost no aircon on

First time staying here and I’m impressed. Service is one of the best for sure. Car parking staff is very friendly. They help us to park. And they even put a shade on the windscreen during hot summer time. Very thoughtful. Hotel room is clean spacious and tidy. Hotel staff is also very friendly.
If I have to be picky, only the TV channel selection is not very well.

Fantastic stay, Mr Shi 施小元who showed me my room upon arrival and gave me an hour early check in. Welcome fruits were promptly served. Bedside guards were also given to me when they saw I came with my baby son. After checking out, the hotel delighted me once more by fetching me to the HK Macau Zhuhai bridge port to HK, the ride by 曾先生was smooth and steady. Will come n stay again.

This stay in this hotel really brought me a great surprise. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the extremely warm reception. Peng Peng, the housekeeper, always had a sincere smile on his face, which made people feel like a spring breeze. During the stay, whenever you encounter a problem, the staff can help solve it patiently as soon as possible. The service of this hotel is first-class, which makes me spend an extremely comfortable and comfortable time here. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Very nice hotel. The services, the breakfast, the view, everything is very good. Especially the staff named Nick helped us a lot. He speaks very good English and Chinese and is very helpful. I do not understand why he is not working at the check in desk because he is able to speak English and Chinese and this hotel has a lot business trip guest. The staff at check in desk can’t not speak englisch. Thank you very much for your support Nick.
