Very enjoyable stay. Everyone was quite friendly at the hotel and thought we got an exceptionally good reception and check in service with Filbo. Room was great, service was great, toilet design’s a little funny but overall excellent. A lot of kids facilities and staff including Jisoo was super friendly. Definitely recommend to come for a family trip.

Clean and spacious room with gigantic bathtub. Great service from janitors and room services. Breakfast was great on Day 1, family feel satisfied, plenty of food choices with above average quality. Downside was the pastries were not kept warm and that some food are not refilled fast enough to catch up the guest flow. However, we were triaged to 4/F on Day 2 where I believe the lounge is at. Food choice drastically decrease as compared to Day 1, food was cold (e.g. steamed buns are kept warm only with pot with hot water underneath which was not constantly heating up), very crowded, much of our favorite food are not there as well. We were very disappointed and expressed it to one of attendants there. They explained why we are directed to 4/F (which we already know) and admitted that the food choice is less here and offered to help take some of the food we want from downstairs. After the breakfast, they also called to apologize and offered us some fruit, pastries and cold drinks to takaway during our checkout and even a ticket to admit to the children playhouse (but we are not taking it because we are leaving). I can feel their eager to follow up and trying hard to compensate something to us which I think is satisfactory. Overall it is a great stay and I guess the hotel need to improve how to plan ahead if a surge of guests is foreseen.

It is an elegant classy hotel with modern facilities. Unfortunately, we checked in late in the evening and only stayed for one night, therefore we were not able to explore more about the hotel. We will definitely return in the near future given the possible impression we have experienced during our stay.

Over the top service with this exceptional staff at reception Aurora! I booked 2 rooms (a 2 bedroom suite and a one king family room). We were able to check into our 2 bedroom suite at 11am and Ms Aurora explained that our second room will be available in about an hour. She even gave us her WeChat and informed us when our room was ready. We needed to book shuttle bus from hotel to Chimelong for 11 people and she helped us over WeChat as well. Thank you Aurora, we will definitely come back again!

Overall a very joyful stay at this hotel whatever amenities, food and service.

Fantastic hotel!!!! Pros: all the staff are super helpful and nice, they can make effective decision, front desk staff Elli, thank you for the surprise birthday decorations for our girls , she was super happy Staff Jisoo in the club house was spectacular!!!!! Our kids have fun in it, colouring, brick stacking, TV game….. Cons: Amenities in the room is a bit outdated, curtains still no electronics, no whole room panel on the desk Overall, we were enjoying our stay and will come again next time

Great hotel with lot of entertainments in the mall linked to it. Friendly and helpful staff Filbo and Andrea for directions and advice how to arrange our stay.

Love the spacious room and closeness to shopping mall nearby. Hotel prepared balloon to celebrate my kid’s birthday. My kids had so much fun !

The location of the hotel is very accessible and very closed to the Hengqin Port. No matter if you arrive from Hengqin Port (10 minutes) or Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau Bridge (40 mins) , the transportation is still very convenient. The hotel provides a variety of breakfast choices, ranging from traditional Chinese breakfast like congee and dumplings to western styled breakfast particularly freshly-baked bread rolls and scramble eggs.

It's my second time visiting this hotel. The services and facilities are of a high level of quality and highly recommended to families or business travelers.

Stayed 1 night before our trip to chimelong ocean park. Great service from hotel staff, Eli. We got room with bathtub and good view. Hotel breakfast is good (with variety of food). We arrived hotel quite late (around 10pm), didn’t get to explore other hotel activities and facilities; will come back next time when we travel again!

The wind noise of the AC is annoying at night and can't be solved as it's designed as it is. And the physical door lock inside of the room is also broken.
