Nearby the border crossing to Macao and enough Restaurants around. Pictures of rooms and BF not according reality, but it’s still good and for the cheap price even better. A little bit of window cleaning would be good though..

Convenient location to Macau border. Clean room, no odeur or smoke. One of the best in my recent travel in Canton. Highly recommend.

The hotel is located along a busy road and isn't far from the Zhuhai Railway Station, so calling a Didi taxi is pretty convenient with low wait times. The staff were helpful as well and helped me open my room door when I had troubles with turning the door handle. One of the tables wasn't properly wiped down when I checked in and it looked like there was a gap in the washroom ceiling due to it not being long enough to connect to the adjacent wall, but aside from that everything about the room was satisfactory for the price that I paid.

The hotel location is very convenient to access food and mall. It is very near the check point to Macau. The hotel hygiene is good and staff is very polite and friendly. They are helpful and approachable. The facilities is sufficient and suitable for kids. Bath tub is almost new and clean. I would stay again and recommend other friends to stay here.

As someone who frequently travels to China for business trips, I find the high rating of this hotel highly questionable. 1. Exterior Signage: Nowhere outside the hotel is there any sign in English indicating it’s a hotel. 2. Cleanliness: Other than the bedding, everything else was dirty. The room’s interior appears to have been self-renovated, with visible amateur workmanship. The bathroom is covered in mold and water stains, and there’s silicone smeared all over the place. (Though the water pressure is fine.) 3. Noise Issues: The vent suddenly made loud, inexplicable noises for 30 minutes, making it impossible to sleep. The lack of soundproofing also made it difficult to sleep in late. 4. Breakfast Quality: This was the worst part. Despite paying an additional fee for breakfast, the quality was abysmal. I asked a staff member for fried eggs and received two cold, flat eggs that looked at least a day old. The food was of terrible taste and quality, and once items ran out, they were not replenished. I paid for two days but left the food untouched on the first day and skipped breakfast entirely on the second day. Positives: • The location is convenient and good. • The staff at the lobby, though unable to speak English, were kind and tried their best to assist using translation apps. Conclusion: There are much better, cheaper, and cleaner hotels nearby. Avoid this place at all costs. Having spent over a month in hotels this year for business trips, this is by far the worst hotel experience of the year.

It was my birthday, I want spend time in nice and quite place, relax in deep bathtub and, eat street food. I had all of that. Hotel close to New Summer Palace, big mountain park and port. I enjoyed my small vacation.

Excellent location. The lift could not reach my floor at 8:00am this morning, despite seeking help from the staff. Need to walk upstairs. The cleanliness of lift areas at the breakfast floor can be improved.

This hotel is located in a good area for shopping and eating out. There is a very nice street food area close by with great food. I can recommend this hotel!

The location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around. But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it. The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting! We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was. We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER. No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either) This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.

Service was good in the sense that they were very responsive to the problem with the toilet bowl. Counter staff were friendly & efficient.
