Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel (Chimelong Flagship Store)

Went for a 3D2N stay at Hengqin Bay Hotel. Greeted with friendly smiles and commendable service. Large and spacious room, everything is provided for both adults and kids. There is even a dolphin pool within the hotel where you can watch live dolphins! My girlfriend loveeeees it!!!

We had a delightful stay! Every moment was enjoyable, from the cozy room and fantastic amenities to the wonderful restaurant. Everything exceeded our expectations!

I would say this is the best hotel for visiting changlong parks in Zhuhai. The free shuttle buses are very convenience for accessing changlong parks, and staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel and resort system are well developed if you are using WeChat app. The water world is a nice plus for kids playing water during the stay when you have short term time. The breakfast and dinner buffet are worth the money, although you might want to try something else if you stay longer than two nights. Overall, I and my family enjoyed the trip with this hotel, and if we will visit Changlong Zhuhai, I will keep considering stay here again. One more thing I would like to mention is the shows here are as good as the one in Guangzhou Changlong, but price is more reasonable.

Amazing experience at ChimLong this time. We had so much fun and the Henqin Bay Hotal provided us best service and our Butler XiaoLi was very kind and helpful. He has been very supportive and responsive in our requests. I would recommend this Hotel for everyone one visit ChimLong.

Our stay at Chimelong Hengqin was excellent. The package we booked includes breakfast buffet, unlimited access to the Ocean Kingdom for two days, 1 night with 1-way yacht ride to or from the hotel. It also includes Chimelong show ticket for two. We booked this hotel for my birthday and it was a really great stay. We booked the Starlight room for us to see the fireworks display at night from our room. It was wonderful and the fireworkds display lasted for fifteen minutes. We had an excellent time. The only downside was that the frontdesk can’t speak English really well so she weren’t able to answer our questions regarding ocean kingdom passes, show schedule, etc. She didn’t give us an Ocean Kingdom map together with the tickets so we wasted a lot of time finding out the show schedule on our own. The assigned reception lady failed to direct us to go to the hotel lounge where our complimentary refreshments await. We learned about it only after we checked out by staying there while waiting for our car pick-up. There are two wings in the hotel: Seahorse and Dolphin. For the breakfast, we were informed to go to seahorse wing but our buffet is called “Dolphin Buffet”. We had to go back to the main lobby to ask where to go exactly.🤣🤣 Travel tips for foreigners visiting this hotel: Always have your translator app ready. Do your research and read other reviews thoroughly to know how to get around. The hotel itself is so huge. Going from one place to another takes some time. From 9-10am, the buffet area is packed and sometimes you are to be on queue for noodles, changfan, waffles and some others. Have breakfast early.😇

The room was big with a small balcony facing greenery and a bit bay view. No room was available until 3 pm. Overall staff were nice and helpful with greeting and smiles, providing information when required. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet included in our package were various and delicious. But the food inside the parks and hotels was expensive. Travelling to different hotels and parks was easy by taking free shuttle busses or boat ride. We enjoyed the fun at Ocean Kingdom, especially the chimelong show and white show. The location of the hotel was near Hengqin port.
