A disappointing experience. A few weeks ago, as I used to do every year, I went to eat pizza at the hotel restaurant. So far, in that restaurant, this has always been a delicious meal, which I appreciated in particular. This time, however, it became a disappointing experience. The pizza was burned, or rather, burnt on several places. I called the waitress on it and she first said that this was normal (sic). As I was very hungry however (after a though physical morning in the mountains), I started to eat the pizza. Halfway through the meal, the waitress came back (I showed her the pictures of the pizza I made) and said I could have asked for a new pizza if I had done so before starting eating…Afterwards I contacted twice the hotel management by email to inform them of this disappinting experience. Unfortunately, I received no response from them. An address I will avoid in the future.

We stayed here one night as part of our multi-day Haute Route trek, and it was really one of the best stays of the trek. The breakfast was very good with lots of healthy and filling options - very important before starting the hike of the day. The best part of the stay was the complementary wellness center, which included a massage whirlpool and some saunas. We spent about an hour there in the late afternoon and had the entire area for ourselves. It made a huge difference for our tired feet and backs from the past hiking days.

The resturant was busy with a good atmosphere. Unfortunately our meal was ruined by an abrupt waiter. When we made an adjustment to our order he was very rude in return. For the rest of the meal we were barely acknowledged and he just threw the food on the table. The experience made for a very uncomfortable meal where we didn't feel relaxed to ask for or order anything else. The rest of the staff seemed lovely.

Cela fait déjà deux fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel. Personnel très agréable. En demi-pension, le repas est délicieux. Fruits au petit déjeuner, ce que nous apprécions. Chambre propre et confortable. Très bien situé à Zinal, et dans un environnement calme. On y retournera!

Hôtel très bien placé dans zinal. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très sympathique. Le restaurant propose une cuisine diversifiée. Les chambres sont propres et les parties communes bien entretenues. Je n'ai malheureusement pas pu profiter du spa, mais ça sera lors de ma prochaine visite !
