I recently booked a stay here for a day-use room. Having read all the great reviews on every platform, I had high hopes for a comfortable stay but was greatly disappointed instead. This stay was a stopover to get some sleep and recharge before my next early morning long flight. However, it was impossible to get any sleep because of the frequent power cuts occurring. I understand that power issues can happen, but the reason why it was so frustrating was that every time the power went off (which was a total of 6 times while I was there), the AC thermostat would power off as well. So, every time that happened, I had to physically get up and turn it on again and adjust all the settings to the right temperature, as it was quite hot that day. I gave up on sleep after that. Additionally, I was surprised to find that there was no shower gel provided in the bathroom. I had to take a bath with my face wash, which was quite unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connectivity was another issue. I was unable to log on with the ID and password provided, so they had to send an associate from the IT department to fix it whenever I wanted to log on to a different device, which was just a hassle. All of these may seem like small details, but they really impacted my overall experience. Having said that, the room was spotlessly clean, and the food I ordered from the in-room dining was tasty.
