Hotel Zlatibor Mountain Resort and Spa – Residence and Suites

We were this hotel's guests several times as we were very pleasantly surprised the first time we were there a year ago. Now the service and overall impression has dropped from 10 to 1. - The room we got - the card doesn't work, "someone from the technician team will come, here's the key for you in the meantime" - of course, for 3 days no one even deigned to show up - Towel dryer/warmer in the bathroom - it doesn't work... "the technician teamwill come to take a look"... you guessed it, no one came - Pools - The water is extremely cold, 15-16 degrees, the jacuzzi part with "hot water" does not exceed 25-26. - Salt room - not working - Wellness bar - No trace of anyone in there. What is really commendable is the kitchen and staff at the "Ruj" restaurant, they are amazing, from the waiters and hosts to the chefs. The food is fantastic. Certainly, not enough to make it our choice for accommodation and stay the next time we come to Zlatibor.

This was our second time in this amazing hotel and I can’t recommend it enough. I stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is certainly one of the best hotel experiences one can have in the region. The location itself is amazing, a dining terrace overlooks the main square and the lake And most of the attractions are within walking distance. The facilities - our kids (5,5 And 3 years old) enjoyed the playroom so much - they didn’t want to go out for hours, which gave us some time to enjoy amazing restaurant Kalem by Zak. The pool area was also spectacular and never too crowded despite the peak season - it is huge and childrens loved it. But besides the impeccable cleanliness of each And every area of this amazing hotel, special shout out goes to its staff - everyone starting from the incredibly kind, knowledgable and friendly reception staff, to kitchen employee Milena who made special type of omlette for our picky eaters every single morning. As someone teaching tourism and hospitality, I have to say that most of the hotels in the region should learn from hotel Zlatibor, in both managerial and HR aspect. We will certainly come back soon And we just hope you will maintin the quality of service and wonderful staff you have.

Hotel have premium location in center of Zlatibor. Rooms are spacious, clean, elegant with mix of modern and mountain house architecture. Cosmetic ion bathrooms are great, Italian brand, with pine smell. Food is prefect with huge variety of choice. SPA center is amazing, many facilities for kids and adults as well. All type of saunas, many pools and jacuzzi will make you feel sooo relaxed. For us children playroom was surprise, big enough with many interesting facilities. You can leave your kids with animation staff, they will take good care of kids and if they need you will call you on cell. During that time we had relaxing time in beautiful lobby bar. This is the best hotel on mountain Zlatibor by far, would highly recommended!

We stayed here for 3 days, the hotel and it's staff were very nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. All of the waiting staff in the restaurant for breakfast & inclusive dinner were very nice We opted for the inclusive dinner which was a wide variety of choices from the buffet, all very tasty. We went during off-peak and the area was quieter but there was still a nice atmosphere in the area as a lot of the shops and amenities were open I'd highly recommend the hotel, we used the pool area a few times and inclusive spa facilities were fabulous. Plus the pool area has a bar for drinks and snacks.

Hotel is brand new in centre of Zlatibor. Its very big with one part organized as apartments (for rent/buy) and other as a hotel. Hotel is very clean with superb service. We were on a half board , very good food. Our room was connected doubles, spotless clean. Lobby area is nice, variety of drinks is huge, which is not so usual in Serbia, design is perfect. Magnesium Spa was great add on for kids, 4 pools (1 swimming, 1 hot water, 1 kids and 1 jaccuzi, also one vip secluded that you can rent for private usage) , all standard sauna rooms were available , ice bath and chill zone also.Spa zone is spotless clean and very comfortable. “Only downside of the stay was that Zlatibor is looking more like a concrete jungle with uncontrolled construction sites than mountain resort. Beside hotel lobby restaurant there is also Kalem , which offers standard European and local cuisine with modern twists. Food is good, prices are on the higher end of spectrum, much more than you would expect in a Serbian mountain resort. All in all it was great experience and we will continue to stay at this hotel when at Zlatibor

Situated in the center of the Zlatibor, we had some pleasant stay; hotel has its own garage, polite staff will park your car, while you're checking in. The rooms are tidy. Food is tasty, it's self service with a lot of choices. Wellness center is beautiful, very clean, everything from locker rooms to saunas, swimming pools, all that gives good impression and relaxing atmosphere. Bar in the hotel is very cozy. The staff is very polite, eager to assist you with anything you need. I'll be happy to return again.
