Great central location right above coop which has all of your necessary groceries. 15 minutes from the train station. Customer service are also very helpful aleays available

Overall It was good but the check-out website for the hotel hangs up making the process a bit difficult.

The hotel is a bit further from the Zurich hbf but it is a walkable distance, or alternatively you could take bus from the hbf. It is convenient as there is a COOP store downstairs which you could grab essentials there. There is one thing which we would like to point out is that there was no hairdryer in the room which we had requested during our stay and the management told us that there was high demand and couldnt provide one for us and said that they have placed orders for the hairdryers. Overall, we had a good two nights stay in Zurich!

My fave hotel in downtown Zurich. As I have commented before, clean and surprisingly well equipped room, great location and great online service.
Shout out to Fillippo, Costa and Co.!

スタッフ不在のホテルで事前にオンラインチェックインをするとホテルに入るゲートの番号や部屋の開錠番号がわかるというシステムでした。
ホテル側のトラブルなのか事前にオンラインチェックインができず、メッセージで問い合わせをしてなんとかチェックインはできましたが、ネットに不慣れな方は避けた方がいいかもです。ホテル内でもチェックインができずに戸惑ってる方が何人か見られました。
システム以外のところは施設としてかなり清潔で設備もしっかりしていて満足感の高い宿泊をすることができました。
部屋には電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、電気ポットがありました。

極度不推薦！訂房後會收到官方訊息要求提供信用卡資訊，會額外再刷一筆款項，才會給入住資訊，期間任何訊息皆不會回覆！房間內也非常悶熱，設備也都很廉價感，總之極度不推薦！千萬不要訂！
