I didn’t want to give 1 star but it was really disappointing. Oka, Trip.com didn’t mention that there is AC, so it’s fair that the room didn’t have it but not even a fan and it was extremely hot! There is no trash bin in the room so we had to use our own plastic bags to collect waste. There is no wifi (even though they promised there would be info in the room about it, there wasn’t). The shower has no curtain or wall so water splashed everywhere when taking shower. Nonetheless, it was fine for just sleeping but even with the quite low price considering it’s Zürich, it was not a pleasant experience. Maybe I’m too picky, hence the neutral rating.

I really did not enjoy this stay as it is over a mile from the train station and a mile and a half from the lake and most of the things you want to see. It is a dingy facility that had loud people constantly coming in and out. There are no staff on site and someone booked a room and was unable to get his keys and was complaining loudly in the hall that no one that ran the place would help him. I had trouble getting the light in the bathroom to turn on as it came in intermittently. The first morning no hot water in the shower but the second morning there was adequate hot water. This place is the pits really and in the end I wish I had spent the extra $20USD a night for a better place.

Everything is going k, but bed is not comfortable for me and also because there’s no air conditioning,you need to open the window thus too noisy
Ik betreur het dat ik dit hotel heb geboekt en zou het de laagst mogelijke score geven. De voornaamste reden dat ik voor deze plek koos, was omdat er stond dat er parkeergelegenheid was, maar bij aankomst bleek dit niet waar te zijn. Bovendien waren de incheckinformatie en communicatie slecht en onduidelijk totdat ik daadwerkelijk bij het hotel aankwam.

It was an emergency booking, booked yesterday for today. Already by the booking I sensed that something was off. As I needed assistance with the booking I wrote an e-mail at 4:50 PM. After half an hour they didn't answer. It can happen if you're busy. So I tried to call them at 5:20 but nobody picked up. I tried again at 5:45, still nobody picked up. After that I created a new account to be able to book the Studio and the website gave a note saying that I would receive the e-mail confirmation with the check-in instructions in a few minutes. After 20 minutes I didn't receive anything and called again. This time they surprisingly answered the call and I told them about it. They said that it usually takes from 40 minutes to an hour to get the confirmation, then asked for my name and sent it to me "manually". I checked in at 2:05 today and as I open the door I got taken by a smell of closed/unused room. The sight wasn't better: it wasn't the Studio that I booked. So I called again and tried to explain, but the (teenager? sounded like one based on the voice) employee passive-aggressively told me that it's my own fault if I look at the photos on the homepage and book another studio. I answered him that the photos were on the reservation and he raised his voice and told me again the same thing, at which point I also raised my voice and told him to calm down and listen. He then shouted "Calm down? you don't tell me to calm down!" and then hung up the phone in my face. I think I'll check if there are some legal ways to get my money back.

So, I'm staying here since February... First March I moved to the opposite room with kitchen! Today we have 19 of the month and I have informed 3 or 4 times the cleaning lady about my room and she was telling me tomorrow and tomorrow... I talked to her again today and she told me that I am not entitled to cleaning but she was showing me another apartment and another name, So she realized that she was wrong and told me that she would come immediately for my room but she got up and left without doing anything! Totally disappointed with her.....
