Platsen är relativt avlägsen, resa med tåg, och jag vet inte hur man köper biljetter med dålig engelska

Mysigt och trevligt möblerat Hotellet ligger 4 minuters promenad från centrum med en vacker utsikt över Bergamo Alto

Hotellrummen är trevligt och modernt inredda. Ett bra hotell för en kort resa. Ligger centralt till Letzigrund station, då vi var där för en konsert. En tågstation (Altstetten) låg cirka 500 meter bort till fots. Jag blev positivt överraskad av hårtorken, det var ingen liten resefön som är vanligt på hotell, utan en fin stor med mycket kraft. Frukosten var mycket rik och varierad. Äggvarianter var nyberedda. De hemgjorda smoothiesna gjorde ett positivt intryck på mig.

This hotel really need some room for improvement. Our room lacked basic amenities like toothbrush and bottled drinking water, and the bath towels were old, stained, and even had holes… Would expect cleanliness and upkeep to be better for the price paid.. Furthermore, the staff at the breakfast buffet were unfriendly, unapproachable and seemed irritated both mornings we were there. On the positive note, the breakfast buffet had a nice variety, and the hotel’s location is relatively convenient, about a 10 min train ride from Zurich HB. Overall, it wasn’t the experience we expected, and we won’t be returning. For the price paid, it didn’t match the service and amenities level. We can pay the same price for other hotels.

The property location was great and next to the train station which made it so easy to visit around town . The staff was very courteous and helpful and even gave us an upgrade. Highly recommended as the property has some amazing amenities like sauna as well.

The good: (1) Price is decent, located 1 stop away from Zurich HB. Also has Coop and Migros nearby. Some restaurants around the train station but not many choices. (2) Bed and pillows are very comfortable The not so great: (1) No kettle provided, so don’t expect any free coffee / tea in the room, which you will normally expect. You need to get down to the lobby to get hot water which is super inconvenient (2) No fridge in the room, so expect to consume all cold drinks etc unless you want lukewarm drinks (3) No safe in the room Technically, expect a super basic room with just bed, tv and toilet. Not something I expect from a Mercure brand.

4 star hotel but the room we got was very minimal - no bathrobes / no sandals / no tea bags nothing. Location is far from Zürich center but many trains to go to Zurich HB. Would not recommend for tourist travelers but ok for business travelers

Hotel was rather disappointing for a 4* hotel Rooms clean, rather smallish, no chair There was a desk which just takes space, too small for a laptop ..so not really clear why in the room Service in the spa is disappointing. Mentioned 2h before the spa closed to the staff that there is not hot water in the urn, no fruits in the fruit bowl... The answer was simply that there will be tomorrow Long queue to check in and only one staff member on call

Hotel is perfect with good service, spacious room, nice gym. It’s about 7mins walk to the train station. Will this hotel again !

Great and convenient location , next to the train station. Many tourist groups in the hotel, had difficult time to get breakfast done. 

Amazing breakfast! We loved it, great variety and super fresh. Mercure hotel is massive as well, has everything you need with a grocery shop nearby.
