Serice was good, Very help staff. We found lot of dirt / tusses paper under the sofa. so, the Cleanliness has to be Poor. the hotel not means to provide feacilities. please take my comment as NA.

The fifth time lived here. everything is so lovely and the scene is so beautiful. Will be my fav hotel in Zurich defonitely. And everyone at hotel is friendly

Very spacious and pretty room. We've got upgraded by the hotel as well. The staff were lovely. The hotel is small, so there isn't any common dining hall. Instead, breakfast will be delivered to your room at the morning. The rooms are on the more expensive side and there are many facilities in the room I didn't get to use tho.

The room is very big for Zurich standard and it is located in a good locations. Two tram stops from the main train station.

great location with just 10mins walk away from station. rooms were big and good enough to stay with 4 people. suggest to have more breakfast variety!

So first: This is a serviced apartment. It is very spacious, has a kitchen (25 francs a day if you use it), a nice saloon and also a washing machine (free). It is also in a good location and everything is clean. The negative side was that in the bathroom there was no ventilation, so after showering it wouldn't smell good and I needed to close the door. I would try another hotel next time, just to try, but I still fully recommend this hotel. It's really near the train station and the tram station!

Clean and modern looking facilities and room. Great location as well. There is even a place for tasty pizza across the street if you don't want to head back to the city for dinner.

Nice and clean property. Breakfast service is awaome. Recommended.

這家酒店十年前去蘇黎世就住過，因為是四個人一起，還是想選四個人的套房。本來還有顧慮説房間會不會太舊，但其實還好，保持得非常好。從中央火車站可以坐11.14路到酒店門口，從機場打車460-480之間。步行到ETH15-18分鐘。是非常不錯的選擇。早餐都在房間內，完美！

房間非常適合家庭親子，兩個孩子和兩個大人的休息活動空間都很充裕，早餐的送餐及時，餐品也非常足夠，對於歐洲的酒店式公寓來説是很不錯的體驗。

房間很乾凈，也很大，一室一廳，兩大兩小入住，可以説非常寬裕 早餐很豐盛，四人份的量，送的很及時 全程微笑服務，讓人感覺很舒心，沒有歧視等 地理位置，去哪基本都是一公里，不想走就門口公交了，火車站也得走一公里，行李多的話，很累，因為需要上坡

酒店離蘇黎世主火車站很近，我們買了Pass所以搭有軌電車出入，站就在酒店門口，大概兩三站的距離，很方便。 酒店工作人員很熱情，一進房間香香的，令人心情很好～房間裏面也是非常乾淨整潔，空間也非常大，是非常舒適的酒店，十分推薦！

房間非常大，住的很舒適。前台服務也很nice，英語交流完全沒問題。但是衞生間沒有通風系統，洗衣機的烘乾裝置不是很好用。
