Easy to self check in and the breakfast was great Room with bath tub Nearby tram station no.4 and Coop supermarket so BEER time Just room a bit dark

No Hot water on Friday night. Hot water only returned Saturday morning. Self checkin and checkout system lengthy and not intuitive. It took me a while to figure out how to turn on the heat. Everything else is fine!

Location is good near to train station can stroll to every where stay with breakfast

Breakfast was good. Very easy to check in and check out. Good location and easy access if you travel from public transport. Worth for the money.

If you are coming on summer please dont stay here this place no AC and they have online check in machine like useless reception working there location great food okay it was very very hot dyson fan not enough e

Poor hotel with no air conditioning . It is not possible to stay in summer . Self check in is difficult to use and the room was vey dark . The good thing is free breakfast only.

An affordable, at prime location and tidy clean hotel in Zurich, Switzerland. Very near to main railway station. Breakfast is also available. I recommend to stay here and enjoy the beauty of Zurich with low budget specially for youth 😀😀😀😀

Hotel service is very poor. Know any facilities not worth further price. Only location is good nearby. The main direction staff are not helpful. I requested queen bed they gave me double bed.

Nice location and breakfast. However, there is unpleasant smell when you are using lift/elevator.

Once we return to the hotel second time, the hotel arranged a smaller room to us. The environment was very poor. While we open the door and enter the room, the switches of the light was not functional. After that, we checked that the room is very cold and there is no switches or instruction on how to use the heater. We finally found the heater control under the desk and it was already turned to the maximum. But the room kept cold as the same as outdoor (only 0 degree outside). The lights in the room are not enough and we always hit at the bed and the drawer. Once we found the remote control of TV, there is another remote control but we did not know what it for. We have took more than an hour and found that there is another Dyson Heater at the top of wardrobe. As this is not plug to any electronic power, we have look for the socket but, totally unacceptable to say, there is only ONE socket on the table which was extended from the wall socket and we cannot not plug-in more than ONE device if the socket in use!!! NO MORE POWER SOCKET FOR recharging our mobile devices!!! There is NO warm water suddenly while bathing. In the morning, we have reserved a breakfast. The breakfast only provide: Fried Rice, Fired egg, "Instructions in German" coffee machine, bread, yogurt and tea bag. (That's it). While I pick up one of the dish, (oh NO!!!) the dish DID NOT CLEAN and there are fried rice under the dish!!! If there is a zero mark can be given, I will give ZERO mark for the facilities!!!

The first day experience: Good location, Good check-in and check out progress. Wifi is not very well.
