absolutely 💯 recommend this adventure if you are an avid P.i.!! Fran was so helpful in explaining the equipment and the history of the Jail. we lucked out and was able to explore peaceful with the spirits!! Will be back again to investigate!★

Great experience, beautiful views, and excellent guide! Joseph was super calm and chill which made the experience so relaxing and worry free. Paddle boards and double kayaks provided. Location was amazing, easy to find (near the lighthouse). Just watch out for the sharp oysters. I do recommend water shoes and a water proof phone case!★

We had an amazing and what seemed like a private tour (only us two), so Garry took us off the touristy path to the backroads and shared some city “secrets”. We learned so much and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you to Land and Sea but especially to Garry!!!
