I chose this hotel primarily due to its proximity to the metro and the appealing photos shared online, which initially gave a good impression. However, upon arrival, the actual condition of the hotel did not quite match the images. The property appeared somewhat run-down, and it was farther from major tourist attractions than expected. Communication with the front desk was also challenging due to a significant language barrier. On a positive note, the surrounding area had some conveniences, including a good dim sum restaurant across the street, a mini grocery store, a McDonald’s, and a nearby pharmacy. Despite these nearby amenities, I personally would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. It did not feel particularly secure or family-friendly. For example, food delivery personnel were allowed direct access to the hotel floors and could leave orders right at the room door, which raised safety and privacy concerns. Additionally, I found it inappropriate that items such as condoms were available for purchase via QR code inside the room. Overall, my experience fell short of expectations, and I would suggest exploring other accommodation options for a more comfortable and secure stay. I

What I like: 1. Location is convenient. Near many of the places we wanted to explore and visit in Shenzhen 2. Room was clean and spacious as well. 3. Nice and friendly staff 4. Love the room. Smart tech fitted, with a smart toilet and bidet 5. Like that the shower and toilet are segregated 6. Can do laundry and detergent is provided 7. There's a small exercise area with a walking pad, steps and dumbbells if you wanna work out There's a porridge supper from 8pm-12am There's a lot of food options nearby Negatives: 1. Not a major problem but there's no drop off/pick up point for cars. Need to watch for traffic when crossing to get to the didi. But I realize it's quite common in China for mid range hotels. 2. Room soundproofing was ok, mostly quiet when we stayed. Day time can hear the car horns, but night time is nice and quiet, great for sleep

check in service is great, efficient and smooth. location is perfect and easy to reach. generally is clean and tidy and nothing to criticise. will recommend to friends and absolutely come back again. in fact it is our second time here

Good hotel it’s close to south Railway station , 15 min by taxi , hotel reception on 1st floor but room in another building 9 th to 13th floor , lift is too slow as there are only few lift and many people sometime had to wait 10 min only for lift , it’s budget hotel around 368 not included breakfast , service staff at check in not very professional, damn slow to solve the issue ! But rooms are clean with good view , it’s next to nice shopping mall where there are many restaurants and bar and coffee shop

I can say this hotel is one of the best hotels ever! If you're looking for a place where you can chill and relax, this the best option for you. The breakfast is simple but good. You can hear birds chirping in the morning. The service is top tier, very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely come back to stay here again.

民宿的位置很方便，周邊吃飯逛街都挺順路的。房間收拾得特別乾淨整潔，佈置得也很有格調，一看就是花了心思的，住起來特別舒服。房東人超級好，從入住前的溝通到退房都特別耐心，有問必答，還貼心地給了不少當地遊玩的建議，感覺像朋友一樣親切。 床品也很舒服，睡得特別香，完全沒有住酒店的那種陌生感，反而有種回家的温馨。總之，這次入住體驗滿分，已經把這家民宿推薦給朋友了，下次來還會選這裏！

Hotellets tvättmaskiner var mycket rena och hade även torktumlare. Första och andra våningen var totalt över 100 kvadratmeter, så det var gott om utrymme. Inte ens två familjer skulle känna sig trångbodda, det fanns mer än tillräckligt med plats. Hotellet ligger mycket nära Chimelong, bara en tunnelbanestation bort, vilket är väldigt bekvämt. Sängkläderna och golven var rena, och personalen i receptionen var också mycket bra.

I booked this hotel despite knowing it’s a bit far from the city center, typically requiring a 45-minute to 1-hour cab ride or a 1.5-hour journey by metro (there are two metro stations nearby). After calculating the cost savings of staying here and using cabs versus staying downtown, I found it worth it. That said, if you’re on a tight schedule, the location might not be ideal. One of the main reasons I chose this place was its newness, spaciousness, and the inclusion of a washing machine, which is essential for longer stays. However, since the property is newly established, many nearby F&B options are still under construction, especially around the hotel area. That said, there are nearby malls like Wanda Mall where you can find food and other necessities. A café and a mini-mart are already operational, and the area might become livelier in a few months. Cleanliness: I have to put it out there that I am particular when it comes to cleanliness. While the hotel is clean overall, there seems to be a lack of consistent training for the housekeeping staff. For instance, despite the initial unclean room being promptly addressed and replaced, I noticed a pile of hair/dust in one spot from Day 4 until the end of our stay—it remained untouched. I do hope that the cleaning staff would take extra precautions and being more thorough during their rounds. Overall, the cleaning staff were friendly and apologetic when reminded, but it would have been better if the cleaning was consistently thorough without needing reminders (almost on a daily basis). Amenities: I appreciated the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom—it was a nice touch and made my stay more enjoyable. However, I did have an issue with the towels. While they were new and clean, I wished they had better quality. The towel piles would shed and stick to my body and face after use, which was frustrating. I hope this is something the hotel can address in the future. Service : The service has its highs and lows, but I will still give it a 5 as the staffs are friendly and apologetic for the issue caused. For instance, when we initially received an unclean room, the staff promptly moved us to a clean one and offered complimentary breakfast (though we didn’t end up using it). The hotel’s service WeChat was efficient, and staff responded quickly to requests. However, there were a few hiccups. For example, when we requested detergent and later asked for extra water upon delivery, the staff appeared slightly taken aback and commented on why we didn’t request both at the same time. While it might have been a minor misunderstanding, the comment and attitude felt unnecessary. One major inconvenience was the WiFi, which went down twice during our stay—once for an entire day. This was especially frustrating as I was on a work trip and had to rely on roaming, which incurred additional charges. While the staff apologized and reimbursed us, stable WiFi is essential and should be a priority. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money if you don’t mind the distance. I do hope that the hotel will have a better cleaning SOP in future.
