Hotell med 3-stjärniga i Jiangsu, Kina

Plats och faciliteter var bra, men bara en stor fråga kan jag inte svälja.Under de två dagarna som jag gick ut och klickade på knappen Do Not Disturb, båda dagarna gick mitt rum in och renade upp. Jag ringde frambordet för att klargöra om det var rutin. rengjordarna gick in i rummet även om DND-knappen var uppe. Och svaret var: ”Om passagerarna inte behöver ett rummet, så ringer vi till receptionen.” De kan informera fronten och vi kommer att informera rensarna” som jag frågade vad det är för poäng med att installera DND-knappen och göra upp rumsknappen separat.Jag är knäppd för jag litade på att ingen skulle komma in i rummet och Tekniskt sett kunde han vara i kontakt med mina ägodelar eftersom min bagage var oförpackad och låg runt.Nu när de brutit mot detta förtroende och när inget saknades, som kan försäkra sig om att ingen rörde mina saker eller hade främlingar som kom in Rummet i processen.Jag kommer att undvika att stanna här i framtiden och välja en annan plats som inte kräver att jag går det extra steget att trycka på DND-knappen och informera fronten, vilket är rent löjligt.

Wish I could give their service 6 stars! The front desk agent was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us to carry our luggages to and from the rooms and can delivers any parcel to the room promptly. I even accidentally left an item at the inn and they offered to send it to me by post to my next hotel, at no cost 🥹 Room was clean and well-equipped too, though take note that the toilet & shower area are semi-transparent and transparent in between. Beautiful, chill garden as you enter the hotel lobby. Would love to book this hotel again if I’m ever in Suzhou!e

It is a cute little hotel right next to the river. I loved watching the water or the ships going by. Unfortunately it was quite loud and I could hear the TV next room. I also think a nice addition would be conditioner in the bathroom as well as having a bath mat would be a easy and nice addition to the room! :)

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment and the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. Although my stay was short, it was very pleasant and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Spacious room, with a large bathroom and good view on the 30th floor. However the drain didn’t seem to work properly as during most showers water seemed to overflow the floor. Some stains were on the sofa but not a real problem. Good service as they cleaned every day and even changed the bed sheets on request on the second day. Overall a good experience and will come back here if back in wuxi.

強烈推薦花祺酒店！位置真的無可挑剔，緊鄰蘇北批發市場，對於經常來進貨的我來説，簡直是寶藏酒店，步行幾分鐘就能到市場，省去了打車的麻煩。酒店旁邊就是淮師大學，周邊餐飲選擇多樣，吃飯特別方便，還有很多特色小吃。離第一人民醫院、第五人民醫院都很近，車程幾分鐘，就醫陪護非常方便。價格超級優惠，對比同檔次酒店，花祺的價格真的很有優勢，性價比超高。服務人員態度特別好，熱情又貼心，主動幫忙提行李，介紹周邊的交通路線，有需求響應很快。酒店停車方便，不用找車位，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床也很舒服，睡眠質量很好，下次還會選擇這裏！

新開業的酒店，很乾凈，前台服務特別好，房間很大很寬敞，位置絕了，前面是皮市街，後面穿過觀巷就是東關街。晚上沒事走幾步就可以逛逛皮市街東關街，晚上睡覺也很安靜，睡的也很舒服。下次來揚州還來他家。

Front desk staff are helpful and have good attitudes. Room cleansing is mediocre. Worst part:(1) consistently smelling toilet - probably structural problem with sewage. Had asked hotel staff to fix. (2) fire escape doors are constantly open - had asked front desk staff to close for safety reason. (3) MeiTun delivery staff are allowed to deliver to room by using cards placed in front desk - no security at all.

Rummen var rena, mycket bekväma, och personalen var fantastisk.Jag rekommenderar detta hotell mycket för alla besökare.
