Cozy log cabin by a clear-watered lake Iso-Roine. 37 km to the north from Hämeenlinna, lake Iso-Roine 20 m (length 8 km, width 2 km), shallow, hard rocky (sand)bottom, pier. There is a nature trail in front of the cabin, descending the slope to the pier, where you can swim. Near the pier, there is a small sand beach where the smallest members of the family can swim. The beach deepens fast. There is a shallow child-friendly sand beach within 200 m from the cabin (shared with neighboring cabins). The marina, where you can find a rowing boat belonging to the cabin, is 100 meters away. The rowing boat is stored in the harbor due to the rockiness of the beach. A little further from the harbor, you can get a shortcut to the meadow area, where are opportunities for many kinds of activities.
