Staff from both the hotel and restaurant was very accommodating and friendly. 10/10 for the customer service. What I find disappointing was their room. Upon entering the room it smells like cigarette. It’s so strong that you can smell it everywhere the room including the bed sheets. We were kinda skeptical with our bed sheets and pillow case if it’s new/clean since it smells awful.

Everything is so perfect. Simple and people are really nice. Everything is neat, except the comforter is a little dusty. I have hyper sensitive skin and one of my top allergen is dust and so I have been scratching all the time. I guess if you are not as sensitive as I am you will not feel the same. I will still go back here if I have a choice because it is just located at the back of the airport. I love the proximity and accuracy in the description.

I expected a queen size bed because that's what I booked but the size of the bed is like a double bed not queen. The room is small just right for its price, the staffs are kind and accommodating. even the waitresses at the restaurant are friendly. What I liked the most is that they have a free shuttle and they will drop you off at the airport, just ask at the front desk.

15 minute drive from the center, but to those who are after tranquility, the hotel location is a very good choice. The staff are very polite and friendly. Except for the weather which is very unpredictable, it was a pleasant stay overall.

I loved my stay at Midtown. It is at the heart of the town proper and within walking distance to everything. The food at their restaurant is good with a lot of choices on the menu which is perfect for days when you don't feel like roaming around.
I did notice my room had some cobwebs and the cable TV wasn't working, but those seem like easy fixes for the management to handle. Otherwise, I was happy with the room and the amenities themselves. The service is nice, and I especially appreciated the approachable staff and notable dedication of personnel to customer service

GGästanvändareJag stannade vid Dreamwave i oktober 25, så kanske saker har förändrats sen.
Den fastställdes till fabriken, som är mycket tillgänglig.Personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam.AC var kallt, vatten var varmt (och kallt), och sängen var anständig.Rummet hade inga konstiga lukter eller liknande.Allt i rummet fungerade som planerat.
Det största problemet, och jag kommer att märka det som en ganska stor fråga, är hur fullständigt och helt grym WiFi var.Det var chockerande dåligt och skulle ständigt falla. Det var omöjligt att strömma till och med den enklaste av FB-hjul, youtube kort eller liknande utan buffert.Jag hittade bättre strömning på 3 barer av 4G LTE än att använda dessa hotell WiFi. Med brist på funktionell WiFi hade TV-apparaten också problem med WiFi.I allt sammanhang slutade jag använda min telefon som en hotspot.
Andra noter är att kortet inte fungerade.Jag hade en fysisk nyckel, men jag hade ändå föredrat något jag kunde förlora utan att stressa.Mitt intryck är att de sparkade sin IT-pojk.
Du hittar en bild som flyter runt där det står att det finns en bil (kanske shuttle) tillgänglig från flygplatsen, men jag tror att det är från en annan tid (eller kanske plats) eftersom hotellet inte erbjuder en sådan tjänst. De kan hjälpa dig att komma i kontakt med en taxi.Jag är inte säker, eftersom min flickväns familj hjälpte till att ordna allt för mig.
Helt på grund av den dåliga WiFi-anslutningen kan jag välja att prova ett annat hotell i framtiden, men jag valde Dreamwave på grund av dess plats och lätthet att boka genom Trip.com.

MMercia D.me and my friend enjoyed our stay here in Boulder Bay Residences.The staffs are very kind,generous,considerate and attentive.The hotel room is spacious,clean and the amenities are almost complete.The view from our room is very nice.we enjoyed their delicious breakfast.The hotel price is very affordable.we will definitely come back here.Thank you so much Trip.Com for the very good recommendation we were able to experienced an unforgetable stay in Batanes.

AAnonym användareThe hotel is a bit far from the city center. You should have a private vehicle since it is a bit 5 minute walk from the main road. They have a private pool, restaurant, and good security. They have an aesthetic theme when it comes to furniture & fixtures and a private hall for programs & events. They have a hot shower too & a spacious bathroom. There is a bit premium on meal prices which is understandable since the meals are superb. This is recommended for family gatherings & excursions.

JJoe SilvergoldMy stay was great! Love the easy checkin-checkout process. Staff were polite and accommodating. Welcome drinks and free-flowing coffee were all refreshing. Rooms are cleaned well and smells fresh. I love the breakfast served. The only thing the hotel should improve is water pressure. Bathroom is really nice but water flow seems to be problematic.
Overall, great stay! I would definitely say, this one’s the best in the city.
