Great stay,. Close to transport and short walk to main square. Comfortable rooms, slightly small bathroom sink but was fine for us for our two night stay (we are not so ”big” people). Slept well both nights.

Allt var utmärkt. Bra service, bra frukost. Personalen var mycket vänlig. De hjälpte mig med att ordna parkering online, vilket annars hade varit omöjligt för mig.

Das Hotel liegt super zwischen Auschwitz und Energylandia. Es ist ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Leider haben sie es nur nicht so mit der Sauberkeit. In den 5 Tagen als wir dort waren haben sie es nicht einmal geschafft das Klopapier am Zimmer nach zu füllen. Wir mussten uns selbst drum kümmern.
Unterhalb des Hotels ist ein Restaurant und unser Zimmer war genau darüber. Bis 23 Uhr lief im Gastgarten laut Musik. Man hätte glauben können, dass die Musik bei uns im Zimmer war, so laut war es. Sonst war das Zimmer echt größ. Der Kühlschrank am Zimmer war auch sehr laut so dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Wir haben ihn abgedreht.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Hab schon bessere gesehen aber auch schon sehr viel schlechtere.
Man sieht dass das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber in großen und ganzen war es auch für den Preis gut.

Otel Wawel kalesi yakınında nehir manzaralı ve old town da gezilecek yerlerin çok yakınında bulunmaktadır.Sabahları muhteşem bir kalvaltı yapıyorsunuz. Temiz ve konforlu odaları bulunmaktadır. Özellikle resepsiyondaki görevli arkadaşlar çok cana yakın ve yardımsever di. Gözü kapalı kalabilirsiniz. Ayrıca roof barda ilk gün hoşgeldin içkisi ikram ediyorlar.

Booked a room with one double bed, but at check in given a long narrow room with three single beds along the walls and little space between, at the reception my claims were dismissed quite indifferently.
All the rest about the hotel was OK and even good: central location with comfortable walking distance to the main transport facilities, very tasty sumptious breakfast with friendly staff, good internet and cosy inner courtyard.

When we arrived the water thing was broken in the bathroom and we had to call for mechanic to fix it. Additionally the window did not fully close , kinda bad when outside it is -10 c.
BUT : GREAT STAFF!! Super helpful, very kind. Location close to central station and center (10min walking). I would stay again for that.

UUrszula ZiółkowskaA wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

LLesley and NigelSuper place to stay I highly recommend this hotel. Stepped off the 300 bus from Krakow city - 10 minutes walk to the airport or there is a shuttle bus. Great room with everything you could need and tastefully decorated and designed - they give you a glass carafe and there is a water dispensing machine on each floor so that you can help yourself . Super modern and comfortable with a perfect shower room with underfloor heating. Great bar area which is also used for the Massive buffet breakfast which was superb. Just perfect

De negativa. En medlem av städpersonalen gick in i mitt rum tidigt på morgonen utan att knacka på. Jag tror att hon inte insåg att rummet var upptaget. Jag låg i mina underkläder i min säng utsatt. Det orsakade mycket förlägenhet för mig och henne. Jag gjorde ett klagomål. Men det ströks åt sidan, och det fanns ingen ursäkt. Från personalen i receptionen. Jag beställde in mat, och när den levererades av restaurangen utanför, fick den sitta i hotellets reception. När jag så småningom fick ett samtal från skrivbordet via min mobil, var måltiden kall och förstörd. Receptionisten hävdade att hon hade ringt min rumstelefon - det hade hon inte. En annan incident med städpersonalen, de kastade min vattenflaska när de städade rummet. Jag frågade var det var, och de gick igenom de svarta påsarna. Jag blev helt chockad över att de trodde att de kunde lägga mina ägodelar i soporna.
Personalen kan vara abrupt. Varje jobbsektor är väldigt förskjuten från den andra, så det känns ganska kallt i atmosfären på hotellet. Om de kunde ta itu med personalens harmoni skulle platsen kännas mer välkomnande.

GGästanvändareI really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

*Lovely spacious rooms with nicely refurbished bathrooms.
*The breakfast area looks presentable with a fairly decent selection.
*Bottled water is provided daily, you just have to make sure you hang the sign to request to clean the room.
*Hotel is centrally located right by the square. It’s near grocery stores, restaurants, donut/pastry shops & souvenir shops.
CONS
*The carpets “looked” dirty & old, not very pleasing to look at but they’re not - just gives that impression!
*The main downside for me is the noise. Our room was facing the front which is where pedestrians walk through to the square. Earplugs were supplied by Hotel but they didn’t make a difference. There were loud revellers until 4:30am daily, then once that ends, the delivery trucks & refuse collectors pass through which were just as loud! Needless to say I didn’t get a full night sleep for 4 nights.
Overall, it’s a clean & very reasonably priced hotel. May I also add we are a group that booked 4 rooms. 2 rooms were in the quiet side but the other 2 were in the noisy part. Not all rooms are the same. However, if you can sleep through anything then this wouldn’t be as much of an issue as it was for me.

GGästanvändareFantastic hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great on one of the main tram lines and close to the bus and train stations. Room and bathroom were the perfect size and the bed was big and comfortable. Really enjoyed the fresh water dispenser in the hall for refilling water bottles and having cups of tea after coming in from the cold. Room and lobby were very clean and the bar/food counter in the lobby was great!

GGästanvändareThis hotel was recommended to us by a family member. Great value and great location. However, our room on arrival was a good size, which at first was terrific. However, having got up really early for our flight we thought we’d have a little siesta before going back out again for dinner in the evening….not a good idea as our room overlooked a beautiful church. Sounds good , but it certainly was not when the bells at the church are rung every hour and then followed but an infuriating melody tune after each ring. No sleep was had that first evening or night and it starts again ridiculously early in the morning. So much for a relaxing break !!
After visiting reception the following day, they were fortunately able to relocate us to another room overlooking the courtyard. A dreary outlook , but so peaceful which was great.
I would recommend this hotel , as great location as walkable to all areas, but only if the room wasn’t within the noise of the church 🥹
