This is the one of the worse experiences at Hyatt. The King Room Suite had a super tiny bathroom, The toilet seat was located at the door opening, the door barely brushed the toilet seat and it was cut in so it would not block the toilet seat. There was only one person working at the desk, she looked visibly frustrated when I asked her for 2 glasses for drinking water, said she was alone. Did not try the breakfast. One whole Hyatt Place Hotel was run by one person? Very disappointed with this location, Will not stay at Hyatt in the future.

Clean hotel, convient location, even smelled new, Everyone was friendly, even those that didn 't speak English. Front desk was very helpful, food suggestions, plus coupon. Recommended the Arboretum! Great time there!! Breakfsat was LACKING! No scrambled eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no sweet rolls! Expected MORE from a top notch facility!!

Bardzo fajny, przyjemny hotel, zlokalizowany w części miasta, gdzie jest spora liczba restauracji i sklepów. Czystość ok. Śniadania niestety słabe, zwłaszcza w porównaniu do standardu w hotelach podobnej klasy w Europie. Ale ok, to są USA, nieco inne podejście do klienta. ;-)
Reasumując - biorąc pod uwagę zależnośc ceny do jakości, polecam ten hotel.

入住之前有點擔心，但實際上遠超出預期。地點就在市中心，8樓套房房間很大，設施不舊，床也行，很安靜，wifi也不錯。住了六個晚上，前4天都是每天打掃，總體都很乾凈。前台服務人員非常熱情，大堂每天都有免費的咖啡、茶、熱水和冰水，週末還有爆米花。每天早餐品種有十來樣，包括水果酸奶，都不限量，咖啡也是。樓下馬路對面加油站裡頭的便利店價格便宜，便利店後面的披薩店很好吃，距離市中心的巴西餐館海鮮餐館等步行就五六百米，非常方便。所以總體上性價比超高。

VERY COMFORTABLE BED (PILLIOSW NOT SO MUCH) SHOWER GOT REALLY HOT WHICH WE REALLY APPROECIATED. ONLY ISSUE FOR US IS THAT WE DID HAVE A PET SMELL THAT WAS UNBEARABLE AT TIMES BUT THEY SAID THEY DONT BELIEVE OUR ROOM HAD A PET IN THERE BEFORE OUR STAY. I HAVE BAD ALLERGIES AND SNEEZED ALL NIGHT LONG

GGästanvändareThe hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the water, for a shower at 9:00pm at night, was barely room temperature. Was very disappointed for such a nice hotel in every other way. Would reconsider staying again if it was in colder weather. I certainly hope that was an exception and not the norm.
Breakfast was also somewhat disappointing. No half and half (only Coffee-Mate) and no butter, only whipped margarine. Seemed pitiful. The hot food was marginal. The baked goods (I had a croissant, and my husband had a cinnamon scone) were phenomenal though. I hope you continue with those as they made up for the other food.
Also, Jasmine (our stay 10/11) was extremely helpful. She was clearly very busy working but when I asked if she had time for a question, she didn't look annoyed at all or miss a beat. She answered my questions with a great attitude. I then asked for directions, and she actually walked me outside so she could point out where to walk, along with sharing landmarks along the way so I could be confidant in where I was going. She is definitely an asset to your hotel as her hard work, knowledge and great attitude really shone. If I lived locally, I'd love to hire her with those stand-out qualities which seem hard to find these days.

GGästanvändareWe’ve stayed here before and we really like this hotel! It is decorated in a beautiful modern design, always clean, always friendly and helpful staff. It is very close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Erlanger has about anything you could want from a smaller city without the crazy traffic. But you’re close enough to Newport, Covington, Cincinnati that it’s a fairly quick drive anywhere in the metro area. Breakfast has many hot items to choose from. Very nice hotel and we will very likely stay there again in the future.

GGästanvändareNice hotel that presents well. It's not in a ”bad” part of town, per se, but it also felt a little more industrial around it than expected.
Doesn't have a distinct ”hotel smell” that's usually tied to chlorine or cleaners. Amenities were nice and the room was clean. Someone had pooped on the side of the pool when we had arrived, although that wasn't any fault of the hotel. It was promptly closed for the night and reopened the next morning. Staff was friendly and we can't say there were any real snags.
It was a little strange that we booked a room with a king bed and pull-out sofa bed for 4 people, yet upon arriving to the room, there wasn't any linen or pillows for the pull-out sofa. We had to ask for linen, and it was promptly delivered to our room, it just seemed off that we booked the room clearly for 4 people and didn't have the linen for it.

TTraveling TanWe had a good stay. Be sure to take your complimentary voucher down to breakfast if you purchased it as part of your stay because this will be required before you ca get your breakfast. The breakfast was reasonable. There was a good selection but some of the food was overcooked, so hard sausages. Anna at the front desk was really helpful and gave us a recommendation of where to eat. It would be really great if there was more water in the room.

GGästanvändareThis was a really nice, unique hotel! The rooms are smaller than I thought, but still nice and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. The 18th floor restaurant is a higher class restaurant with a business casual dress code. We did not know this, and went up to see it and was met with a little rudeness by an employee. We were dressed very casually for traveling but when we asked to see a menu to see if we might want to eat there, she said, “if you can afford it.” She may have been joking, but it was not professional. Otherwise, staff was very nice. Check-in was super busy and had to wait about 15 minutes, but the staff was apologetic for the wait, friendly and helpful.

GGästanvändareWe absolutely loved our stay at Staybridge Suites Lexington South. Everything was spotless from the moment we walked in — super clean rooms and common areas. The location was convenient and peaceful, close to everything we needed without being in the middle of chaos.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way, and you could tell they genuinely cared. The amenities were top-notch — the kitchen in the suite was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the free breakfast was actually good (not just filler). We felt right at home, and it was perfect for our family.
Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling through Lexington.

GGästanvändareFrom checking in to checking out, the staff were attentive and friendly. Even a little lunch bag was available on our departure with a bagel, spreads, apple and a bottle of watter. A nice little gesture we thought.
The breakfast, however, was very disappointing. Pre-made omelette kept warm, the sausage and potatoes needed re-warming fortunately there was a microwave oven hand. The selection of fruit was poor as the yoghurt selection. All served on paper plates and plastic utensils. Surely it is cheaper and better for the environment to use wasshable crockery and cutlery.
I need to finish on a positive note, the oats were nicely prepared.

CCoal Dust GypsyEverything was fine minus ants in the garbage cans and a woman let her dog run without a lease and my dog was attacked. Attached is a pic of my dog’s ear. She got ahold of her dog then the dog got lose again. I called about the ants but were just told a message was wrote down.
